Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Top Lage des Hotels.
Trotz der Größe der Anlage war es angenehm ruhig.
Sehr viel Sport und
Freizeitangebote.
Grosses Angebot beim Frühstücksbuffet.
Außergewöhnlich gepflegte Gartenanlage.
Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Trotz neuer Bauweise der Rooms sind Geräusche von den Nebenzimmer und oberhalb zu hören.

Nie wieder!
Pros:

Das Positive: die Lage und die Anlage als solches ist sehr schön. Das Angebot beim Frühstück ist sehr gut, jedoch hat das Ganze aufgrund der vielen Menschen / Familien ein wenig etwas von einer Massenabfertigung, die Geräuschkulisse ist entsprechend hoch und es gibt nur Kaffeemaschinen zur Selbstbedienung.

Cons:

Bereits beim Check-In hat dieses Haus für uns verloren. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption überzeugte mehr durch Arroganz denn durch Zugewandtheit. Eine Möglichkeit, im Hotel in einem der Restaurants zu Abend zu essen, bestand für diesen Tag laut seiner Aussage ("fully booked") nicht mehr. Anderen Ortes war dies auch nicht möglich. Da es in der vorhandenen Minibar auf dem Zimmer lediglich eine Flasche Wasser gab und keinerlei Snacks, Obst o. ä. hatten wir noch versucht, abends telefonisch an der Rezeption eine Kleinigkeit zu essen zu bestellen (notfalls auch gerne Nüsse o.ä.), auch dieses war nicht möglich.

Die Aufenthaltsqualität war dem Preis in keinster Weise angemessen.

Heerlijk! Wat een goed hotel. Aardige bediening.
Pros:

Entertainment. De groep dansers van het avondprogramma zijn geweldig. Wat een talenten en fijne energie. En de faciliteiten zoals gym en sportactiviteiten zijn top. Yoga, Pilates en Aquagym!
Kamers zijn mooi, niet groot maar wel balkon en top king size bed. Allemaal vernieuwd het afgelopen jaar.

Cons:

We hadden liever uitzicht op zee gehad.

Christmas in La Gomera
Pros:

Fabulous location. Well designed property, beautifully maintained. Lots of free activities. Good food, even at the buffet restaurant. Well trained staff. Free parking. Excellent weather. Good road access to other parts of this beautifull island.

Cons:

My only complaint was the lack of a kettle for tea/coffee making in the room.
