Heerlijk! Wat een goed hotel. Aardige bediening.
Pros:

Entertainment. De groep dansers van het avondprogramma zijn geweldig. Wat een talenten en fijne energie. En de faciliteiten zoals gym en sportactiviteiten zijn top. Yoga, Pilates en Aquagym!
Kamers zijn mooi, niet groot maar wel balkon en top king size bed. Allemaal vernieuwd het afgelopen jaar.

Cons:

We hadden liever uitzicht op zee gehad.

Christmas in La Gomera
Pros:

Fabulous location. Well designed property, beautifully maintained. Lots of free activities. Good food, even at the buffet restaurant. Well trained staff. Free parking. Excellent weather. Good road access to other parts of this beautifull island.

Cons:

My only complaint was the lack of a kettle for tea/coffee making in the room.

Wunderbares Hotel mit riesigem Angebot für Mama und Kind 😍
Pros:

Richtig tolles, weitläufiges, ruhiges Hotel. Personal absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch zu Kindern total toll.

Cons:

Preislich war es schon teuer für mich und meinen Sohn.

Ein Juwel auf der Klippe
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön auf der Klippe von playa Santiago. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer von dem aus wir das Meer hören und jeden Tag den Sonnenaufgang sehen konnten. Alles war sauber! Das Essen am Buffet könnte besser sein, aber in den Spezialitätenrestaurant war’s sehr gut! Generell muss ich aber sagen, dass das Jammern auf hohem Niveau ist..
Das Service war hervorragend!
Ich würde sofort wieder kommen!

Cons:

Die Tennisplätze könnten ein wenig renoviert werden..

Amazing location and great facilities and food but can feel hectic at times and staff don’t always seem happy.
Pros:

It is a beautifully maintained resort hotel with a fantastic pool and terrace area and amazing views out over the ocean. The quality and variety of food at the breakfast and evening buffets was exceptional.

Cons:

The restaurant staff often seemed unhappy or stressed. The cleaners never said hello or smiled. The buffet breakfast felt like a scramble on some days, to get a seat, a bit hectic instead of relaxing. The staff at the Trattoria Restaurant were not very attentive at first -we waited a long time to be seated and to be served. Two of them did smile and were more helpful later. When a Cory’s Shearwater chick crashed into the bush at the edge of the restaurant, they swiftly came to gently pick it up and safely stow it in a box, and I wish we could have received the same level of care and prompt service!
