Eclectic decor with friendly staff nice view of the loch
Pros:

I liked the big bed and the staff Anne Marie was in particular very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I thought the decor was dated and too eclectic for my taste. Because it has not been refurnished in a while some places were dusty in the restaurant etc but I think that is due to age. I still had a good stay though,

Pros:

Breakfast were exceedingly helpful. We were the last into Breakfast but nothing was too much trouble.

Great stay in the heart of Fort William.
Pros:

Centrally located great staff, Rose Ann and Seat were amazing and very cheerful, hospitable and welcoming, thank you ladies.

Cons:

The only down side is the bed, it was a bit large to enter from one side, if the bed was a bit smaller and had two side tables instead of one, then it would have been perfect.

Cons:

My room was flooded and my items were damaged.

My headphones, bag, clothes, phone charger (valued at £300) were soaked in water that smelled like vomit and now no longer work.

I had to leave a day early because it was an awful experience.

I was refunded after complaining to Booking.com but the hotel refused to compensate me for my damaged items.

After complaining to Muthu support online, I got a response of, "We've provided 2 nights stay and dinner valued at £44.” and that was it... Awful experience.

The 1 staff member at the hotel was nice and tried to accommodate us best she could.

Pros:

Close to the West Highland Way finish line. Good friendly staff, good dinning experience, excellent breakfast selections, both restaurants have good sea view. Comfortable to stay in. Will stay again in the near future.

Durch uns Durchreisende ein perfekter Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Rezeptionistin war soooo nett und hatte viel Geduld mit mir und meinem nicht so guten Englisch… Abendessen war inkludiert, es war sehr reichlich und sehr lecker. Dreibettzinmer eher zweckmäßig, aber es gibt Snacks und Wasser umsonst. Alles war sauber.
