1 night in Fort William
Pros:

I loved the reception staff, two ladies, sorry I don't know their names. I liked the peace and quiet of the room, and comfortable beds. Also enjoyed the lovely decor.

Cons:

The bathroom was warm and cosy, but the room was very cold. I asked for extra blankets and reception very kindly supplied us with blankets and a heater, problem solved, cosy night followed.

Would highly recommend the Muthu Fort William.
Pros:

Good location and the room was ideal.. The staff are exceptional, eyes for details and really friendly. Off road parking a bonus.

Cons:

Room could get a little chilly, but our stay was late March

Good location, pleasant but not a restful stay
Pros:

Staff were friendly and location was good. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

Cons:

It was very noisy. The walls are super thin and we could hear everything the neighbours were doing all through the night

Die Lage ist top. Frühstück war wirklich gut

Cons:

Leider ist das Hotel schon in die Jahre gekommen..... Die Zimmer sind Recht laut.... Man hört den Nachbarn nachts schnarchen.... Oder wenn jemand auf dem Flur läuft denkt man er steht im Zimmer....

Sehr nettes und engagiertes Personal.
Tolle Betten.
Riesiger TV. Wasser-, Tee-, Kaffeeangebot täglich frisch im Zimmer. Sauber. Vielseitiges Frühstück. Kaffee schmeckt.

Cons:

Alles in Ordnung- kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Frühstück etwas länger als 9 Uhr anbieten. Wenn Leute unwissentlich zu spät kamen, hat das Personal trotzdem sehr kundenorientiert und schnell ein Frühstück organisiert.
