Welcoming staff and good location.
Pros:

Staff were welcoming and friendly Excellent location with a car park. Lots of hot water for showers.
Ate in the restaurant one evening, opted for their Curry evening menu, which was delicious and well seasoned.

Cons:

Breakfast coffee not pleasant.
No choice of teas - only PG Tips or decaffeinated tea if requested.
More fresh fruit at breakfast.

Expensive and underwhelming
Pros:

Not much. We paid for a SUPERIOR room. It was small, not even room for a chair. Far back as you could be from reception. One window - with an internal view over services and rubbish skips.

Cons:

Small, remote and no view. Most expensive but probably the worst room of our UK trip. If this was a SUPERIOR room, what were their crap rooms loke?

Excellent stay - will return.
Pros:

Good position overlooking the Loch, easy parking and excellent staff, especially Rose Ann.
Luxury furnishings across the hotel.
High standard of food.

Cons:

The view from bedrooms at the back of the hotel - the large kitchen extractor chimney,
Could hear loud conversations from the next room.

Good food. Attentive staff. Little expensive so look out for offers.
Pros:

Food was plentiful and good. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Location is convenient. Drinks/biscuits/crisps/water replenished on daily basis. Shower room cleaned and used bath towels replaced regularly too. Nice view of Loch Linnhe.

Cons:

The floor in the shower cubicle is very slippy once wet and really needs a slip proof solution asap.
The cubicle would be snug for larger guests. Perhaps shower/bathrooms in other rooms are more generous?
My room was more cramped that photos indicated - okay for single traveller but not so comfortable for two people staying several days.

Wonderful
Pros:

Thank you for the treats in the room. Most places charge for that and we appreciated them. We also loved the front desk girl Anna from the Phillipines. She was incredibly gracious and friendly. We enjoyed getting to know her. THank you for the chocolate at checkout! You exceeded our expectations!

Muthu Fort Williams was a lovely choice and staff were fabulous !
Pros:

The location is fabulous ! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive ! The bed was very comfortable and we really appreciated the staff allowing us in a little early after a long journey !

Cons:

Nothing bad to say ! Or perhaps the weather …?
