Cons:

Sendo bem sincero, as toalhas de banho são um pouco finas, ou seja, um banho e já fica úmido. Apenas esse detalhe para não ser perfeito.

Antigo mas bem cuidado
Pros:

Hotel com fantástico potencial mas está com os quartos(e toalhas) muito velhos. Os funcionários visivelmente estão mantendo tudo muito bem, muito limpo, mas as instalações estão ultrapassadas. O café da manhã, feito com carinho, com produtos coloniais muito saborosos, porém sem excessos. Localização é muito boa. Ótimo local para descansar mas pedindo uma daquelas redes hoteleiras aproveitar a estrutura e transformar num hotel padrão Gramado/Canela.

Deixou a desejar.
Cons:

A estrutura do Hotel é grande e bonita, porém parece que foi abandonado pelos donos. Está se nenhuma manutenção. Os lençóis são velhos, o colchão também, o banheiro encardido.
