Pros:

Maybe the location

Cons:

Old room, old furniture, had to wait for about 90 minutes to get checked in even though it was supposed to be ready before we even arrived at the premises.
The room and the furniture was very old, not clean.
We asked for at least a partial refund because we checked out immediately, but of course that wasn't even considered and the argument given was you checked in.

They need to do better everything there needs improvement.
Pros:

Nothing I only had a TV and the lady told me that I was lucky to have a microwave and I also didn't have a Lil refrigerator you would think they would have that type stuff in all the rooms.

Cons:

The management and some of the staff members are very rude and the fact that I was having to climb 30 steps day and night and some of the lights were out on the walk ways and going down those stairs somebody can fall and hurt them self.

Won’t be staying there anymore
Pros:

The location wasn’t bad. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

They had us on the 3rd floor in a corner. We almost fell down the stairs because they are messed up. There was no refrigerator or nightstand. I had to go to the office to get more towels because there was only one.

The location of the motel

Cons:

AC unit was so loud it was horrible. The employee said all they could do because all of the buttons were broken off. He turned it off via the circuit protector on the plug (photos attached)

Largest towel was barely larger than a hand towel
Photo shows towel with TV remote for size comparison.

Water seeped on floor from around the ac.

Called corporate and was told to call management at the location. Manager asked me to call back and when I did she was in a meeting, and next call she had left

Pros:

It was very nasty and the room was disgusting! Upon arrival the door was wide open and the room had not even been cleaned and they were going to check us in. We had already had the room paid for and arrived around 11:00 p.m. so it was a huge inconvenience for me and my husband! The photos on booking look nothing like the rooms in person.

Cons:

I never even checked in the room because it was so disgusting so there was nothing to like about this motel!
