Owner is great, very curtious. Great place everything you need is walkable. Highly recommend, owner is great with your needs.

Excellent walkable location. Decent facility for the price. Bed is ok for a couple of nights. Wifi was working for streaming movies. My room was a 3rd floor walk-up.

Lovely lady runs hotel, but hotel is very basic and in a sorry state.

Family run I believe. I needed to extend my stay and she made it super easy. Lovely little elderly lady. Be prepared to use google translator though! Perfect location to the river and downtown Krabi!

Spacious bedroom. Service managed by a very friendly lady who spoke a little English. Great location, a short walk from the river and Krabi town centre. 2 excellent restaurants on the same road (Niko Niko and First). Bottled water provided. Some of the bathroom fittings were old and worn, but the shower was really good. The bin in my room wasn't emptied during my 6 night stay. They kindly let me check-out slightly later on my day of departure.

For the price point, very well worth it. Family owned, they are so kind! They don't speak much English but are always a pleasure! AC works well, rooms are clean, the price cannot be beat. First Restaurant is almost next door with excellent food and reasonable prices, went there every day. Would definitely go back.

Great value for my money, staff was ultra friendly and helpful.The hotel is not in its best cond; however, all my basic needs were covered (Hot water, Air Conditioning, clean room.
The internet wasn't reliable (I was staying in the 3rd floor, so may be that had something to deal with)
If you are looking to have your own room at a decent rate, this is your place to stay. I was considering staying in a hostel but for a little more money I was able to have my own room.

This hotel is exceptional, it’s clean, it’s within working distance to the night markets, and mangrove. 15 minute drive from tiger cave temple too! The staff were happy & friendly. Really lovely place to stay. Get what you pay for!

The lady at the front desk was so sweet and helpful , although she didn’t speak any english. Great price, great location and great staff, specially if you wanna live the local life experience

I enjoyed my stay here at Kyongean Mansion. The staff is so sweet and friendly but be aware, they don't speak any English so be ready to pull out a translator. Ended up getting sick while I was here but was able to extend my stay without any issue. The main lady running the place even started giving me water and toilet paper each day which I really appreciated.

The hotel is on a quiet street which was great for sleeping while still being within a few minutes walking distance to restaurants, shops, and a couple markets. The room was nice with everything you need with a great AC (at least in my second room, the first didn't work). The bed was comfy and once I fixed the WiFi on the third floor, that was great too. Has a small parking lot though you can also just park on the street which I found easier.

Definitely would come back here again if I stay in Krabi Town.

La habitacion amplia y muy limpia, lo unico que el colchon es un poco duro. La dueña y recepcionista un encanto de mujer y muy atenta pero no habla ingles.
