My only complaint was the mattress was too firm for me.
酒店於拱北口岸對面，方便出行，親子兩床套房，房間很大，而且設備齊全。
一過拱北關口便見到酒店，非常近，酒店比想像中乾淨，整潔，寧靜，下面更有水療中心，附近有多間食肆
好近關口，附近附野食，凌晨過關後都很多人，一出關記見到，易搵
房間有落地玻璃，基本用品都齊
早餐反而想一賺 ，加10蚊有自助早餐，款式都算多，味道都落錯

Check out 時清潔員很快通知大堂經理，先生遺下銀包在房間內，讚
朋友們早上到gym房做運動，從未見過開門是下午2點至晚上10點，笑左。
最讚是房間，乾淨企理，毛巾有消毒，非常好。
Check in時服務員告知早餐是7點半到9點半，但到餐廳時，餐廳服務員告知是10點。
酒店需要各部門做好溝通。

Good location and convenient to go shopping.
交通方便、性價比高
The rooms were clean and had smoke smells even though our rooms were supposed to be smoke free rooms. We were all allergic to cigarettes and had all kinds of respiratory problems. People smoked in hallways and elevators. The hotel had non-smoking signs in public areas but not enforcing the non- smoking policy. Its location is very convenient.

位置確實很優越，但係房內竟然冇雪櫃，要問先至有。
此外個Wi-Fi，係連接唔到嘅。有專人搞過，都係唔得。對於遊客實在很不方便。
酒店房對住另一間酒店...他的霓虹燈閃閃！
廁所水聲，途人經過說話聲音以及隔離房的開水喉聲聽得非常清楚
酒店職員不專業..退房時要求我們在等候因為要檢查房間，這是冇問題的，但係等了一段時間、職員問我們有沒有用過東西？咁，是否沒有檢查房間？這樣在等候是為了什麼？
位置接近交通運輸點，離拱北關口只有一條馬路之隔。周邊食肆多選擇。唯早餐的食物補充慢，而且客人多的時候要等位。另外，在入住時有朋友夜晚才抵達，已到接待處補交證件，但到翌日進入餐廳用早餐時，職員說我們沒有補回證件，不可進入餐廳。這點雖要改善，因房間是雙人房，有房咭證明，應批准二人進入，不用這樣官僚的做法。不過，這酒店的整體服務、清潔及位置，下次再訪拱北也會考慮再入住。

床太細，要求吸煙人士，原來全座禁煙，當初預訂時，就不用訂這間，因為確認時，網頁有得㨂吸煙房同不吸煙房

由於今次吃玩珠海及澳門 , 佢嘅位置唔使再坐車 , 就已經可以過到澳門 , 平靚正嘅住宿 , 不錯 ~ 就算附近食嘢 , 坐嘅交通都好方便及便宜 。
