Pros:

Pros:
The unit is very clean.
Comes with a huge hot/cold water dispenser machine.
Bathroom comes with a rain shower head.
Many food stalls, convenience stores, bakery, dessert store, cafe, wet market

Cons:
My unit was next to the noisy traffic.
There is no door latch for extra security.
The remote control for the air conditioning unit doesn't work.
No car park within the apartment. I had to park my car across the street, which is around 160K VND per night.
