Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Both the hotel and the room were lovely, and there was a very pleasant aroma throughout, the bed covers had a fresh and comforting scent.

The food was delicious, and the dinner portions were especially generous.

There was a small issue with the water in our room, as it took some time for the hot water to start running. However, this was not a problem for us.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and communication was easy and pleasant. Overall, a very positive experience.

Pros:

Ми вже не вперше зупиняємося в цьому готелі, і щоразу залишаємося дуже задоволені.

Цього разу попередили, що запізнюємося на вечерю — і нас не просто почекали, а ще й надіслали меню наперед та повноцінно нагодували після приїзду. Такий підхід дійсно вражає і показує високий рівень сервісу.

Після вечері відвідали SPA — все чисто, комфортно і дуже приємна атмосфера для відпочинку.

Сніданок, як завжди, чудовий: великий вибір і все дуже смачне.

Окремо хочеться відзначити обслуговування — уважне, привітне та щире.

Із задоволенням повертаємося сюди знову і щиро рекомендуємо цей готель!
