Die Zimmer sind mäßig sauber und bräuchten eine Renovierung. Die Teller am Buffett waren häufig schmutzig. Wenn man darüber hinwegsehen kann, hat man im Aluasun einen tollen Aufenthalt! Meine Kinder und ich hatten auf jeden Fall eine tolle Zeit!

Saubere Zimmer, nettes Personal. Essen ist in Ordnung.

Kein Grund für Beanstandungen. Wenn man etwas zu bemängeln hätte, dann auf hohem Niveau. Die Dusche am Pool war defekt, da der Pool immer sehr voll war, hätte die Dusche zur Abkühlung beigetragen und die Leitern zum Pool zu wackelig.

Salle de bain a refaire. Une tâche de peinture au sol. Volet de l’entrée défectueux. Mais nous étions très bien placé 😜

Hotel de tres estrellas muy anticuado ,las habitaciones necesitan una reforma ,la primera noche fatal no dormimos hasta las 4 de la mañana,ruidos portazos carreras por los pasillos,después nos cambiaron de habitación y mejor en cuanto a ruidos,de todos modos no repetiría,la comida no está mal para ser un tres estrellas pero el comedor está muy anticuado,el todo incluido no incluye todas las bebidas por ejemplo el mojito ,el segundo día si me hubieran devuelto el dinero me hubiera ido sin pensarlo

Everything was great for a 3 star. Drinks choices were as you'd expect (a limited list of 4-5 cocktails) as well as the usual beers, spirits and mixers. Bar staff were generous with their measures.

Food, whilst not fine dining, there was always a good selection and they tried to mix things up a bit at least. Snack bar was kept topped up all day with burgers, hot dogs, chips, nuggets.etc too.

The room was always cleaned to a good standard throughout our stay. Water pressure was decent with the shower and having a bath was a nice touch too. Room was well furnished, including outdoor further on the balcony.

In terms of other guests and atmosphere, whilst family friendly, we didn't feel too out of place as an adult couple in our 20s/30s. Hotel attracted a mix of nationalities but the majority was an even split between English and polish guests. Entertainment was presented in English among other languages and there was a show every night.

Staff in the hotel were always delightful to interact with and were so attentive, bar staff were also a good laugh and whilst the drinks did flow, they weren't scared to tell people when it was time to call it a night.

Personnel très sympathique et réactif. Chambre très standard et vieillissante, mais les parties communes sont très bien (self, grand salon, accueil, terrasse). L'établissement dispose de 3 ascenseurs, très appréciable. De nombreux transats en extérieur. Un dîner à thème tous les soirs ainsi que des animations en journée et chaque soir. Chambres non insonorisées qui ne permet pas de se reposer. Établissement bruyant mais c'est légitime vu la capacité d'accueil. Self service avec petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner excellents ! Il y en a pour tous les goûts !

Séjour agréable, personnel tres gentil et avenant. Seul bémol, la vétusté des locaux.

Los tres días de plancha había filete de cerdo y pescado el mismo a mediodía y por la noche de segundo.

Ausblick war traumhaft, wir hatten die Woche sehr genossen. Mit dem Öffi/ Bus sehr gut erreichbar. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Strand super nah gewesen.

Todo fue estupendo, únicamente el aire acondicionado no enfriaba mucho la habitación.
Por el resto, todo lo esperado.

Lovely 5 night stay! Only issues we had were other guests screaming up and down the corridors at 3am steaming drunk, the walls are paper thin! Not that others behaviours are the hotels fault of course. Plenty of food and drink variations; we hired a car and glad we did as others talked of long transfer times etc! But enjoyed our stay /)

Le ménage est fait en surface, ce n’est jamais nickel
La salle des repas est en intérieur aucune fenêtre ouverte sur l’extérieur on se croirait dans une cantine d’entreprise donc tres bruyant
Le personne est aimable
L’emplacement est très bien
Nous ne reviendrons pas

Overall everything was excellent except cleanliness. Our room was dirty.
