Pros:

I enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, the wide variety of dishes, the polite, friendly staff, and beautiful songs on stage.

Cons:

The elevator doors were closing and pinned me—as well as another tourist who was stepping inside—on one occasion. Cala Antena beach wasn’t so good as I thought. Old door in our room that opened stiffly.

Pros:

Le cadre est magnifique à côté de belles criques. Beau buffet varié et qui change tous les jours. Personnel très efficace et gentil. Les animations toute la journée. La musique au bord de la piscine.

Cons:

Les personnes qui réservent leur transat avec leur serviette à 7h du matin. Le bruit dans les couloirs et chambres.

Honestly only the staff was polite as they could.

Cons:

The hotel is old, the room smells on moist, there is only one outlet for charging, the ventilation does not work, there is no AC or fridge or mini bar in the room, its not very clean, its loud, the food is below average, the location is in the middle of nowhere, there is no coffee of water until 8 am, so if you get up earlier than that its your problem... The closest beach to the hotel is with yellow flag with water that is not recommended for swimming.

Obiekt wymaga remontu zwłaszcza bloki gdzie są pokoje rodzinne pokój nasz był bardzo zaniedbany wanna w opłakanym stanie teren hotelu z zielenią ale dużo śmieci plac zabaw praktycznie nie do użytku a na stołówce poprostu brudne talerze każdy talerz uklejony zdarzały się tak nie domyte że była zaschnięta jajecznica musiałam wycierac dzieciom każdy talerz co już skutkuje niechęcią do posiłku szklanki w których były deserki i galaretki no dramat nawet niejadlam ich bo brudne z daleka ja rozumiem że hotel ma duży przemiał ludzi ale to powinno być priorytetem jeśli chodzi o czystość

Jakość ceny do rzeczywistości.Niczego nie brakowało .Jedzenie bardzo dobre ,każdego dnia można było spróbować nowych dań. Śniadania ,obiad ,kolację można było zjeść w granicznych godzinach ,nigdy nie brakowało dań,personel na najwyższym poziomie,dbają o gości żeby nieczego nie zabrakło. W pobliżu bazary,ceny przyzwoite.Mozna zjeść pyszne dania. Plaża przy hotelu kamienista więc obuwie do wody konieczne,ale kolejna przepiękna piaszczysta plaża w oddaleniu 20 min od hotelu z pięknymi widokami szeroką plażą. Panie oraz panowie w recepcji bardzo pozytywnie nastawieni na turystów,pomocni , uśmiechnięci .Informacje hotelowe są przygotowane w każdym języku. Sklepik przy wejsciu do hotelu ,można tam kupić potrzebne rzeczy

Pros:

-Zimmer und Balkon sind groß.
-Personal freundlich.
-Mittagessen und Abendessen abwechslungsreich und für jeden was dabei.
-Die Getränke an der Bar werden in Hartplastik Becher (mehrweg)ausgeschenkt .

Cons:

-Essen an der Bar immer gleich, nur Junkfood. Salat oder Obst wäre noch das mindeste.
-Die Musik ist sehr Laut. Ganzen Tag und bis Mitternacht. Wenn man ein 2 Jähriges Kind hat, stört das sehr beim einschlafen.
-Draußen gibt es kein Spielplatz (obwoh versprochen wurde).
-Das Spielzimmer hat Sonntags und Montags geschlossen, restliche Tage nur für 5 Stunden geöffnet.

Sind viele Kleinigkeiten die durch gutes Management und ohne großen Aufwand das Hotel zum besseren Ort machen könnten. Potenzial ist da!
