Pros:

Die Mädchen im Hotel waren alle sehr freundlich. Das Parken war sehr praktisch, direkt vor dem Hotel. Gegenüber gibt es außerdem ein gutes Restaurant. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut.

Cons:

Allerdings ist die Einrichtung des Hotels tatsächlich ziemlich alt. Es sieht überhaupt nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern. In unserem Zimmer hat der Lüfter im Badezimmer beim Einschalten des Lichts so laut gerattert, dass es sich fast wie ein Traktor angehört hat. Das Frühstück war eher süß und es gab viele süße Sachen. Insgesamt finde ich, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht besonders gut ist.

Tutto dall accoglienza , alla pulizia , ottimi piatti cucina buonissima e anche il mio piccolo shitzu è stato benissimo . La posizione poi è fantastica attaccati al borgo meraviglioso dei Serrai di Sottoguda albergo con una vista meravigliosa su piedi della Marmolada

Ottima esperienza valle fantastica
Pros:

L albergo si trova all'interno del paese,è facilmente accessibile il posto auto è proprio davanti all hotel. Ottimo punto di partenza per le escursioni.
Camera accogliente, calda e silenziosa.
Il proprietario Corrado molto disponibile e sempre presente

Charming little place in the heart of the Dolomites!
Pros:

Wonderful breakfast and dinner, great location and helpful staff! You must visit the souvenir shops down the road, you will find more than just souvenirs!
Don't worry, the dog will "approve" all guests!

Cons:

Toilet seat and shower not designed for big people.

Ottimo per avere zero stress e tutto a portata di mano.
Pros:

Ci è piaciuta molto la posizione, la gestione del titolare, l'accoglienza verso ospiti e relativi animali, la pulizia delle stanze, il carisma del personale.

Cons:

Non una critica, ma un incentivo a migliorare ancora di più per il futuro sulla manutenzione degli arredi: il pomello della doccia era rotto in alcuni punti, le persiane difficili da chiudere per il legno deformato, i letti singoli che componevano il matrimoniale da unire meglio o sostituire direttamente con materasso e rete unica. Per il resto tutto eccezionale.

Come in famiglia!
Pros:

Albergo a conduzione famigliare, nel senso che ti senti veramente in famiglia! Corrado, Katia e i loro collaboratori persone squisite. Ambienti molto puliti, buona cucina e ottima posizione dell' albergo per visitare le bellissime dolomiti. Non per ultimo super pet friendly! I vostri amici pelosi accettati in tutti gli ambienti dell' albergo. Un' appunto speciale alle ottime grappe fatte in casa da Corrado. Un saluto da Monia, Giorgia e Francesco.
