Pros:

Small rooms but the value was excellent Very clean quiet and I am particularly picky. It was close to all the attractions we wanted to see. Close to the old town and the river. The train station was close but would recommend taxi or Uber because of neighborhood you have to walk through. We used Uber very reasonable and quick. I really enjoyed our visit and would recommend it to anyone.
