Great location, lovely room, nice surroundings

Cons:

Were not told about breakfast options, but just room checked off and told to sit anywhere.

We figured it out but it was weird.

Are in the bar the night of stay. Ordered fish and chips, it came out extremely fast, and was quite dry.

I would stay again as the pros outweighs any cons.

Pros:

The people working there were great and they very helpful.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was excellent.
Access to the hotel was straightforward (eg parking and ramp) when dealing with a person using a wheelchair. The hotel also provided ground floor rooms which was helpful.

Cons:

I needed a room suitable for a disabled person and whilst the hotel had rooms suitable for a disabled person, they did not have a room of that nature with two beds which was what I sought. However, the hotel did offer me a choice of the room with disability facilities and as an alternative, a twin room which was a larger room.
