Pros:

Our first room was not good. No hot water, dogs barking in alley outside of room all nite and a lot of cockroaches. We asked to be moved and next room was so much better.

Pros:

Very beautiful setting , nice pool. the hot tub was not working when we arrived but it was going the next day. Food was very good, staff was very courteous.

Great stay
Pros:

This hotel is perfect. It's two blocks from the main plaza, making walking to restaurants a breeze. The grounds are lovely and there is a swimming pool. I didn't use the pool, but I did sit out at it. I twas a lovely place to relax. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable. the breakfast was outstanding. and the staff was very friendly. I will definitley staff here again on my next trip to Vilcabamba.
