Did not fully live up to expectations due to cleanliness, worn furniture, and the general finish.
Pros:

Staff is friendly. Location is good.

Cons:

Cleaning is not good. The hotel may have had 4 stars before, but it should now be lower.
Elevator does not go to top floor, need maintenance.
Wery poor lightning i the stairs and the light timer run out before you make it up to the floor.
Carpet floors in the rooms are dirty and are worn. Curtains are worn. And in some windows, there are not any.
Towels are old and worn, some with holes and stains.
Only staff in reception daytime.
So, these are things that should lower the stars.

Kylen var sönder och spoltank i toaletten fungerade ej samt kom massa vatten som rann ner i toalettstolen som gjorde ljudet.ingen fixade detta under 4 nätter vi va där.Städni g kunde vara mycket bättre, ofräscht.
