Convenient to transportation. Staff very nice and helpful. Pool was closed. Dryer in laundry room does not get hot and I told staff. Restaurants were close by that I liked

The room was comfortable

Cons:

-Only one set of towels
-People sitting on the carpet outside their rooms
-Carpet on the main corridors need revamping
-Breakfast was the worst- not upto par. Coffee machine not working. Juice machine not working. Just a muffin and yoghurt was breakfast. This hotel needs to see other hotels complimentary breakfast ie Hyatt, woodbine to name a few. And pricing with these hotels are comparable. No thought on breakfast at all and $200 hold on credit card is too much and takes 4 days for it to be reversed back to card does not make sense at all. I checked out on Sunday March 22 and today is March 26th the $200 hold is still there.
