You might as well say there is no breakfast there ...it was absolutly horrible packed egg englishmuffins and packaged muffins juice ....wasn't even any coffee.......the hall ways stunk so bad
This hotel isn't in the best area, but don't let that stop you from staying here if you're on a budget. The rooms are super affordable. EST Hotel always has the lowest rates compared to other places in the city. What's really cool is that once you're inside and in your room, it doesn't feel like the cheapest hotel in town. It's not like a Motel 6 or anything; it actually looks like it should cost more than it does.

The hallway and elevator smells like sewer is backing up , terrible smell
There was only one staff member, and they were very unorganized. The room was outdated had a lot of damage. Carpet on the hallway was coming off.

Doručak je bio vrlo mali , to kest kao da ga nije ni bilo. Nije bilo ni kave aparata niti sokova ....ostalo je bilo ok .
Personnel disponible, à l'écoute des clients par rapport la langue parlée anglais. Bon accueil dans l'ensemble.
Petit déjeuner trop succinct, pas assez rassasiant
Nice enough room, great shower, quiet.
Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor.... Don't leave a hair dryer plugged in. A very large ceiling stain right over the bed, looked wet. I was tired, it didn't fall, I survived until morning.
The spa bath was amazing and relaxing. The room was very spacious and comfortable.
The staff did not communicate very well, but were still friendly.
Nothing
At past 11 midnight, heard constant dripping of water in the bathroom (room 215)- like a tap was opened. Apparently another guest was having a wash directly upstairs in the jacuzzi and the liquid waste was dripping through the vent, within a few minutes the bathroom was flooded.
I contacted reception who apparently was not bothered much, (initial response was house keeping was not available at that time) until I insisted they changed the room.
We got another room 308 upstairs, reeked of cigarette smoke, then we got changed to room 320.
Overall not happy with our stay, we had to quickly check out first thing in the morning before 8am.
The included breakfast was also a scam- frozen packed food one would have to microwave. Not even thawed!
The hotel smells awful. The rooms are dated with holes in the wall. The final straw was a rat in the room which ran behind the dresser. Awful experience.
