Location
Guest Reviews
Habitación cómoda y amplia. Buena calidad para el precio.
Más lejos del centro. El traslado toma tiempo. Parqueo pequeño y sucio. Desayuno bastante reducido en opciones.
Nothing
We checked in close to midnight. The rooms condition at check in was just not acceptable. The room appeared unclean, with visible marks on surfaces, the walls and doors. There were no towels or toiletries provided upon arrival, although staff were able to supply towels after we reported the issue.
The sofa bed had visible stains and did not appear clean, and the main bed had a noticeable defect, with one side sagging significantly. Due to the late hour, there was limited assistance available at the time.
The following morning, we requested a room change. The replacement room was an improvement, but it still showed signs of insufficient cleaning, including marks and dirt on various surfaces. While the sofa bed in the second room did not have visible stains, it also did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. Some of the furniture throughout the room was visibly worn and showing its age.
Based on our experience, the hotel’s housekeeping standards did not meet the minimum expectation for paying guest. Definitely not staying again.
Price
Run down
There were several things not clean, like greasy smudges on head board, the bathroom floor and shower, the pull out couch had tons of crumbs also.
The pigeon problem and droppings outside by their parking was wild, I know you can’t do a lot about birds but maybe try to keep on top of scraping up some droppings, there was sooooo mulch
The location was also hard to get to.
The wm room was clean and i liked the location snd the staff were super friendly.
