Por ser de terceiro o apartamento, os serviços foram muito ruins, constrangimento ao chegar no hotel pois não foram informados da reserva pelo terceiro... Nunca mais uso serviço de terceiro para locação

Pros:

This hotel is primarily owned by time share holders, making the check in process ridiculous. It took us going accross the street to pay a “person” only to return back to the hotel to wait for 3+ hours for our number to be called. Not cool. Luckily the gift shop had some beer and we were with some great people. Either way we will never stay here again.

Pros:

Horrible Experience! Took over 4 hours to check in and then the promised room did not have beds for 4 people. There was no shower door and the air conditioning did not work. NEVER stay here.
