O hotel oferece várias piscinas, interligadas e divididas entre os hotéis Grand Golden Dolphin e Golden Dolphin Express. Muitas piscinas com água quente e várias têm a água totalmente trocada todos os dias.

Cons:

Fiz a reserva para esse anúncio: Golden Dolphin Grand Hotel - Suíte pool justamente por oferecer um quarto maior, o que atenderia melhor minha família, pois possuo filhos de 3,9 e 12 anos. Entretanto, me colocaram no hotel ao lado, Golden Dolphin Express, que apesar de ser da mesma rede, e ter acesso às mesmas piscinas, tem alguma limitações de horário a entrada nas piscinas pelo acesso direto pelo hotel (22h). Além disso, o quarto que ficamos, apesar de ter comportado todos, era muito menor. Logo, não pude ficar satisfeito com a situação.

This hotel is primarily owned by time share holders, making the check in process ridiculous. It took us going accross the street to pay a “person” only to return back to the hotel to wait for 3+ hours for our number to be called. Not cool. Luckily the gift shop had some beer and we were with some great people. Either way we will never stay here again.

Horrible Experience! Took over 4 hours to check in and then the promised room did not have beds for 4 people. There was no shower door and the air conditioning did not work. NEVER stay here.
