Excellent, not withstanding the front desk clerk
Pros:

It was beautiful and super clean, very quiet and close to a variety of different restaurants and stores

Cons:

A lady who checked me in. I did everything online myself ahead of time all she had to do was give me the keys, but clearly I had interrupted her break and she was not helpful at all.

Pros:

The breakfast was great! Breakfast hours are 7 am to 10 am which is great when staying with kids. Stayed there for my son’s birthday and he had a blast!

What I liked about the hotel is that it is usually clean all the time, in a good location, and has reasonable prices. And the breakfast is also good.

Cons:

What I didn’t like is that we booked through Booking.com, and they have issues with their system. I tried to extend for two more nights—supposedly I called Booking.com, and they told me it was already resolved. But then the hotel receptionist called us to say we had to check out. I showed her that I had already spoken with Booking, and she ignored us; she was very rude.

Later, she gave us an access key so we could go back in and get our belongings, but while we were on the phone with Booking.com, she called again saying we still had to leave.

Another thing I didn’t like is that they allow dogs, and they end up barking in the lobby. The staff is usually good, except for one receptionist—I don’t remember her name—she’s very unprofessional at her job. And the Booking app is terrible; I wouldn’t recommend it at all.
