Overall it was a pleasant stay
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was courteous and helpful, and the overall service was excellent. Everything was well managed, making the stay pleasant and relaxing. Would happily stay here again!

Cons:

One disappointing issue was the sewage water flowing near Gate No. 1 of the hotel, which created an unpleasant smell . I hope the management addresses this issue promptly.

Outstanding facilities !! Beyond expectation .

Cons:

Charging the bill at room sevices !! Extremely irritating and insulting . Never had such experience in last 35 years .
Though later intervention of hotel manger it get resolved .

Cons:

1) got a fire announcement which was a test drill - was called by the receptionist after the announcement. It was very disturbing

2) on next day in the morning - hotel staff disturbed at 9 in the morning to check if i have laundry.

3) again in the morning on third day - i was called on landline by the spa to be informed that there are some discounts etc

In all the three instances - the timing was absolutely uncalled for and v disturbing.
Didn’t have a comfortable experience at all
