Excelente personal, perfecto para una noche
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal y la ubicación muy cerca al tren

Cons:

Muchas cosas, hay karaoke y fiesta al lado hasta tarde en la madrugada, pero en general por una noche es perfecto, máximo dos noches. Pero mas no es recomendable.

Staff were friendly, ready to help maintenance guy really tried to explain why lock wasn't working

Cons:

Balcony lock wasn't working, breakfast was limited towels and duvets were on request...my kids enjoyed a bit . Improve on the above and Sheratton will be the best place ever . See you next time

Preiswertes Hotel in Mombasa Town
Pros:

Dass ich schon früh um 7:00 Uhr einchecken konnte - Danke an die Rezeption!
Der Pool war sauber, nur wenige Stadthotels bieten das für den Preis. Gute Dusche mit warmen Wasser.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sauber, aber nur "Basic". Es gibt einen Wasserkocher, aber weder Kaffee noch Tee und keine Tassen auf dem Zimmer. Der TV funktionierte nicht - habe den aber auch nicht gebraucht.

Pros:

It's the best located hotel you can imagine, for old town, shopping, food, anything really. The breakfast buffet is very good and the staff is absolutely lovely. The pool on top of the building, with a cool view of Mombasa, is a nice bonus too. I feel I would have liked to stay a bit longer!

Guenstiges Sheraton Hotel Mombasa City
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Pool im 8. Stock war toll mit rundum Blick um das Hotel.

Cons:

Der Zustand des Hotels ist nich Sheraton like. Am Waschbecken wie auch am Spiegel gab es kein Licht. An der einen Seite des Bettes gab es keinen Nachttisch um Sachen abzulegen. Die Möbel hatten sehr heftige Verbrauchsspuren.

Wonderful helpful staff. Clean. Secure. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom - no mirror, no shower curtain.
Noise from the nightclub under the hotel was disturbing.

Inget för ljudkänsliga men bra läge mitt i stan!
Pros:

Lyxig reception och frukosten var över förväntan. Bra och roligt läge mitt i stan. Lätt att ta en tuktuk utanför hotellet. Fräscha allmänna ytor!

Cons:

Vi hade endast en handduk i rummet, någon hade sovit ovanpå överkastet innan vi kom in. Vattenfläckar eller något fanns på lakan och överkast samt tom vattenflaska. Badrummet var som förväntat av priset. En klubb ligger under och gör att man inte ens kan sova med öronproppar tyvärr. Vi älskar klubbar och musik men här hördes låtarna som om vi var i rummet. Inget att rekommendera för känsliga eller de som behöver sova.
