Not as advertised but great staff and generally still good
Pros:

The staff was great! It is generally clean but the floors of the room was swept but not clean. The gym is nice.

Cons:

- The property lists a spa but does not have a spa
- They do not have an iron and post no ironing allowed, however we learned if you pay for the executive you get an iron
- the curtains in the room does not go down to the floor so a lot of light is let in
- the property is listed as “soundproof” it is not, we can hear the neighbor talking on his phone all night
- the refrigerator is not cold and traveling with a baby that eating solids that was really important
- asked Nhu for an extra sheet so my husband has a covering since we were sleeping with a baby in the middle, I didn’t want to share a blanket that went across the baby, but we were told there were no extra sheets or blankets and they were all being used by the rooms
- the hotel room door had to be jerked to close
