Pros:

The room was really big and clean. Beautiful balcony. Close to the train station and walking distance to the city center.
The staff at the breakfast was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

There was a small selection for breakfast.
It was strange that you had to take a hair dryer at the reception and it wasn't in the room.
Such a large hotel chain should buy normal hair dryers, not what they give at the reception. They're like a set for dolls, very small.

Great value for money, had everything you needed and great location close to the airport.
Pros:

It satisfied all your needs for a couple of nights to explore the area.
The breakfast was better than expected and the staff were lovely.

A little bit basic but everything you need. The corridors did feel as though you were in an escape room but I expect that was what the ‘vibe’ was!

La reception è stata sempre disponibile e cordiale. La stanza era impeccabilmente pulita, così come tutti gli ambienti dell’hotel. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato molto lo snack messo a disposizione ogni giorno, un’attenzione gradita

Cons:

Durante la colazione avremmo apprezzato maggiore accoglienza e qualche indicazione su come fosse organizzato il servizio. Inizialmente eravamo un po’ spaesati, anche perché i tavoli erano pochissimi e tutti occupati e non era chiaro dove fossero, e se ci fossero, altri tavoli disponibili.
Quando abbiamo chiesto allo staff se un tavolo fosse libero, la signora ha iniziato a pulirlo per farci accomodare. Poco dopo, però, è stata richiamata dalle persone che lo stavano occupando e, ad alta voce, ha affermato che noi avevamo detto che il tavolo fosse libero e che non ci fosse nessuno. La situazione ci ha messo in imbarazzo
Probabilmente si è trattato di un semplice malinteso, ma nel complesso avremmo gradito un approccio più accogliente e cordiale.

Atendeu a nossa necessidade para uma noite.
Pros:

Quarto padrão da rede Ibis, o que nos surpreendeu foi o café da manhã, muito bom, não esperávamos. Estávamos esperando o café da manhã padrão Ibis do Brasil, mas foi muito bom.
Localização boa, um pouco distante do centro histórico de Lecce, mas tem transporte público próximo que dá para usar. Nós estávamos de carro; foi possível deixar o carro estacionado na frente do hotel, na rua. Segundo a atendente, não tem problema deixar o carro na rua, e acho que não tinha mesmo, pois havia vários carros parados.
Hospedagem boa, foi somente uma noite, atendeu o que precisavamos para uma noite.
