Obsługa jest bardzo uczynna i uprzejma. Na plus też całodobowo otwarta recepcja. Lokalizacja dobra - dwudziestominutowym spacerem można się dostać do historycznego centrum miasta. Czysto, codzienne sprzątanie. Śniadanie dobre, kawa nie z automatu tylko z ekspresu kolbowego, robiona przez pracownika.

Cons:

Obiekt ma już swoje lata, w upalne dni klimatyzacja nie daje rady.

Porządny hotel, nieco za drogi
Pros:

Wiele dobrego można napisać o hotelu. Czysto. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Smaczne śniadanie z rozsądnym wyborem potraw. Przestrzeń w lobby z miejscem do pracy. Możliwość zrobienia sobie herbaty w lobby.

Cons:

Nadal jest to Ibis z klaustrofobicznymi pokojami, bez choćby prostej szafy, czy szafki. Hotel położony jest nieco z dala od centrum miasta i około 30 minut pieszo od dworca. Można podjechać autobusem, choć te w Brindisi jeżdżą różnie. Przede wszystkim jednak stosunek ceny do jakości wypadł bardzo źle.
