Superó las expectativas
Pros:

La habitación era amplia y muy bien equipada. El baño era también cómodo y genial.
Pudimos dejar las maletas y volver a recogerlas más tarde. Personal muy amable.
El hotel queda a unos 20 minutos caminando de la estación de tren y es una zona segura y tranquila.

Great location. It’s so convenient with convenience stores, malls, and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, and the Fuji view was absolutely stunning.

Cons:

Having stayed at three different hotels during this trip, the reception service here was unfortunately the most disappointing. The front desk staff weren't as helpful and friendly as they should when compared with other hotels in our trip. On a positive note, the cafeteria staff and housekeeping were wonderful and provided great service.

Pros:

Het is een fijn hotel, wat me wel opviel is dat de kamers verouderd zijn vergeleken de foto’s. Heel veel gebruikssporen/ vlekken (de foto’s bij de kamer zag er moderner uit). Het bed had ook maar 1 hoofdkussen per kant en deze is erg plat, zeker iets om rekening mee te houden. Wel is het heel hygiënisch en schoon, de badkamer is ook fijn met een groot bad.
Daarnaast was de ligging van het hotel wel heel fijn, ook was het personeel heel vriendelijk.
Als je een kamer met Mount Fuji uitzicht boekt, krijg je die ook zeker! Geen klagen aan super mooi uitzicht :) heel fijn wakker worden in de ochtend.
