I had to have breakfast outside although I booked with breakfast.
We absolutely loved our stay! The location, facilities, and overall service were excellent. One of the biggest highlights for us was the Wi-Fi — we have stayed at many properties, but we have never experienced such fast, reliable, high-speed internet. It made a huge difference and was very much appreciated.
The staff were exceptionally polite, warm, and helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The shuttle service was another fantastic feature. We especially appreciated having this service as we were travelling with two elderly parents who had multiple appointments throughout the day. It made getting around so much easier and convenient for our family.
The property is also located in a wonderfully quiet and convenient area, which was perfect for our purpose. Everything came together to make our stay comfortable, convenient, and genuinely enjoyable.
A truly wonderful experience, and we would be very happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!
There was honestly nothing we disliked about the property. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to have a mirror in the bedroom as well, in addition to the one in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was excellent!

والشبابيك مفتوحة للتهوية وتدخل منها الحشرات يحتاج تجديد

I had an appointment at Bangkok Hospital and the hotel was a slow 5 minute walk to the main entrance which was ideal for me (they also have a buggy transfer). The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. They let me leave my luggage while I had my appointment. I had also forgotten to pack an adapter for my phone charger and reception let me borrow one. They were very helpful.
I like a balcony but I knew when booking that the hotel does not have any but the location over rode in this instance. Also, I arrived early after a long haul flight and I could see they were not full but I was offered an early check in for a fee. It would have been a nice gesture if this had been complementary as I have experienced with other hotels. I paid the extra as I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep but it did slightly wrankle.

المكان حلو و هادي و قريب من مستشفى بانكوك، الي يشتغلون هناك وأيد يساعدون و محترمين يقدرون يوصلونكم للمستشفى ابلاش و شي صرافه في المستشفى. المكان ينفع للعرب في مطعم حلال و لاندري قريب بس شوي بعيد عن المولات الحلوه مثل سيام. بس بشكل عام حلو.
