Pleasant, friendly, small scale hotel

Very friendly, accommodating staff. Nicely run hotel, providing a good service. Comfortable rooms with extremely comfortable mattress. Good breakfast service.

Cons:

Extremely warm during the heatwave. Room needs to be aired with window open prior to an evening arrival.
Plus point - small fan provided.

Good location and value for money.
Pros:

Friendly staff, room was clean and spacious, bathroom clean. Good breakfast. Right opposite Farnborough air museum. Good value for the money.

Cons:

No hairdryer! Having to pay for parking as a resident, could not lock the windows especially as there was a flat roof right outside the our room. The room could have better locks on the door, if I was staying on my own I would not have felt safe. No key to the main front door so if you are out, a d arrive after midnight you have to ring a number and someone opens the door...good job we didn't get back at 3.00am!

Functional accommodation, but not super comfortable.

The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff were pleasant.

Cons:

The room was very hot. No air conditioning and I was on the top floor. It wasn't possible to stand under the shower because of the short shower rail which was fixed to a wall in which met the eaves of the roof.
