Nice, clean and tidy hotel, will stay again.
Pros:

Friendly staff, location, breakfast

Cons:

Room No.4 there was a noise (just like someone was slamming the door) coming from somewhere approximately every 5 minutes,
I reported to the manager but they were not aware of it and hopefully they will find the source and fix it.

Pros:

The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The breakfast was simple but good and came out fast. I'd say the room was slightly cold but blanket was provided! The smart TV in the room was a lovely touch. Very pleasant stay, thank you!!

Pros:

Breakfast was good with varied choice of foods. Friendly and efficient check in.

Cons:

Decor in the room was very tired. Carpets needed a good clean or replacement and bed, pillows were uncomfortable. Nice toiletries, towels and bathroom was clean.

Pros:

Good value for money. The room was a little tatty but at this price point, you got the basics right which is what matters. Honestly pretty hard to criticize.

Cons:

If i have to criticize - TV is a bit tiny, 240v sockets (or usb ports but these would wear out faster) next to the beds, just higher than the bedside table would be very useful to charge devices overnight.

Only stayed one night but was ok comfy bed and good breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast was lovely and the location great

Cons:

The hotel was very tired in need of a over haul decor , and rubbish in car park, the front patio very uninviting , broken decking and weeds every where, which could be a lovely area x

Excellent value for money and lovely all round people.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast I cannot fault was excellent and filling. We was in room 4 everything was lovely and clean and tidy bed was comfortable, glazing was excellent and quiet.

Cons:

The only thing that let the room down was the decor and and up to date draws but did not effect our stay whatsoever.
