Pros:

ホテル内が綺麗。
朝食ブュッフェはそこそこあり。生のフルーツがあってもいいかな。
駅近、コンビニも近く、目の前にタリーズあって便利。駅からホテルまで道が分かりやすい。騒がしくなく治安も良い。

Cons:

部屋にコーヒーを置いてほしかった。
ベットの近くにコンセントがなくて携帯充電が遠く離れたところでせざるを得なかった。
