A well deserved rest
Pros:

Actually it's booking .com that didn't fully inform me of the package. We hadn't realized that we were booked in the spa on the 1st afternoon. Other than that thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Cons:

The plumbing in the bathroom, flushing the loo wasn't easy.

Lovely surroundings. Wouldn’t rush back.

Nice and clean. Lovely location.

Cons:

Small outdoor spa area.
When I questioned something about the booking, reception staff response was unhelpful and disrespectful.
2 hour spa window felt very unfair for what I paid.

Wonderful relaxing break
Pros:

I love the relaxing atmosphere,it was just what I needed. All the staff both in the hotel and spa were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I also had some lovely treatments and want to say Erin did a facial that was just heavenly.

I feel the prices of the food is a little high but it is delicious so not really a dislike

Best SPA break ever
Pros:

Absolutely everything. Staff was wonderful at Reception, Spa and restaurant.
Spa had so many nice places to go and do. Whole building spotless. Mattresses very comfortable. Best sleep ever

Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice. Would like to come back to try Spa facilities but bedroom really let the hote
Pros:

Hotel was lovely. Room was nice size with your poster bed. Unfortunately didn’t use the Spa facilities. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Was not many products in the room for a Spa Hotel. No product dispensers In Shower. No shower cap or bathroom amenities. No robe or slippers in the room.
