Pros:

Breakfast was lovely, staff were polite, it was our 40th wedding anniversary and we were treated like royalty

Super satisfied
Pros:

Absolutely amazing stay! My first time visiting and already looking to book to come back. Service was amazing and spa was unreal, super clean and all staff were super helpful too. Super spacious rooms, food was 10/10. Over all super satisfied with my stay, couldn’t recommend enough.

Nothing everythink was perfect!

Very enjoyable apart from the heating issue, paying near to £900 for a 2 night stay , we would have expected better.
Pros:

Food was excellent , thermal journey fabulous.

Cons:

Our room was freezing cold, asked 3 times for the heating to be turned up. Eventually 2 heaters were brought to us to plug in in the lounge and bedroom .
