A good environment made great by the staff working there, pretty much flawless service throughout
Pros:

The service throughout was outstanding and the food and drinks, whilst on the expensive side, were executed and served to a high standard

Cons:

The bed was 2 singles joined which gave a dip in the middle so not a great nights sleep

One of the all round best hotels I’ve had the pleasure of visiting .
Pros:

Really welcoming team , all happy, cheerful and helpful ….. which in my experience was quite exceptional. Dining experience was top quality . Room was way above my expectations. Just a great place to stay for a few nights whilst going to the golf at Birkdale . Lovely terrace to sit on and have a glass of Rose . Ambience was delightful .

Very relaxing.
Pros:

Warm and cool in the right places, rooms warm and welcoming as were all staff, who went out of their way to help. Beds were soo comfortable we both slept really well.

Cons:

There was nothing to fault the property, but we did feel that the food in the orangery was rather expensive. Although there was a £35 allocation for the evening meal, this fell very short of the cost of the meal, it really only covered the main course, so a starter, desert and drinks really added up, and there was no choice but to add expense to the bill.

Awesome
Pros:

Loved everything from start to finish. My spa, treatment, food, lovely kind staff, beautiful surroundings

Cons:

The only tiny thing there was no milk in the room to make a drink but it was ok. I managed, - no drama

The location and staff were very helpful. Good breakfast nice coffee machine in the room.

Cons:

Sink in the bathroom had quite a few chips in it. Also mirror bathroom didn’t work. Shower tray very slippery.

Perfect for attending Lytham Festival. Would absolutely definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The staff were all incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast in The Orangery was superb.

Cons:

The room was absolutely fine but decor a little dated

An amazing experience. You
Pros:

I really liked the whole spa experience, including an evening meal and breakfast. It just made the day seem like a full experience rather than just a spa. The hotel was lovely, the facilities were excellent and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The air conditioning in the rooms needs to be turned down by the concierge, not something that you can control manually yourself, which is a shame

It's was a beautiful place and very safe and friendly, the little town of Wrea Green was just out of a novel.
