Pros:

A simpatia dos funcionários, a limpeza, o pequeno almoço, enfim gostei de tudo, mas quero destacar a simpatia dos funcionários todos, desde receção, empregadas da cozinha e mesa, enfim pessoas muito atenciosas e simpaticas que fazem-nos sentir acolhidos e bem vindos. O jantar também estava excelente.
A localização é excelente para descansar. Uma experiência sem dúvida a repetir.

Pros:

O hotel tem muitas "facilities": campo de ténis, matraquilhos, snooker, ping pong, 2 parques infantis, piscina enorme com água quente... A localização é excelente. Os colaboradores são super prestáveis. Sentimo-nos em casa, muitíssimo bem tratados. Tem uma das melhores relações qualidade-preço que já experimentei.

Cons:

Nota-se que é um hotel com alguns anos. Fazia falta um mini frigorifico no quarto.

Gostei da piscina interior por ser enorme, da decoração da recepção e dos quartos.

Jacuzzi avariado (podiam ter informado previamente por mail)
Péssima recepção na hora do pequeno almoço, sem ninguém para orientar na chegada, pouca variedade de comida, nao havia reposição de alimentação em falta, nenhuma simpatia ou disponibilidade para ajudar por parte das funcionárias de sala.
Máquinas de ginásio em péssimo estado, algumas nao funcionam.
Achei desagradável a entrada para o ginásio/piscina interior/sauna ser primitida só as 10h30, único hotel que assisti a esta situação.

Pros:

Personale var meget venlige og imødekommende. Hotellet var nemt at finde og der var ingen problemer med parkeringen. Værelset var pænt og rent, og balkonen var en fin lille bonus.

Cons:

Morgenmaden var ikke vildt imponerende - måske fordi vores besøg lå udenfor sæasonen. Puderne i sengen var den irreterende type som ikke gav meget støtte til hovedet.

Simpatia dos funcionários, limpeza e relação qualidade/preço

Cons:

A cozinha apenas comece a funcionar às 8h30 quando o pequeno almoço começa às 8h, faz com que que tome mais cedo não tenha acesso por exemplo a ovos e bacon.
