Too many issues, Noise

Extremely disappointing experience.

From the first day, there were serious issues with this hotel. My initial room had a strong smell of food, clearly coming from the kitchen ventilation system. To be fair, the owner offered a room change, which initially seemed like a good solution.

However, the problems did not stop there.

Despite clearly stating that I did not need housekeeping, the hotel insisted on entering my room. When I returned, I noticed that only the towels had been changed, the room had not been cleaned at all, even small items I had dropped on the floor were still there.

Throughout the stay, there has been constant noise caused by staff, repeatedly opening and closing doors without consideration for guests.

The most serious issue happened during the night, at around 1:00 AM, I was repeatedly woken up by loud banging noises and voices coming from below my room. This continued throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep.

This situation made me feel unsafe.

Due to the accumulation of issues, poor hygiene, noise disturbances, lack of respect for privacy, and safety concerns, I had no choice but to leave in the middle of the night.

I strongly regret choosing this hotel and cannot recommend it.

Modernes Hotel mit schön eingerichteten Zimmern, freundlichem Empfang und leckerem Essen
Pros:

Ich übernachte mittlerweile schon öfter in diesem Hotel und komme immer wieder gerne hierher. Die Zimmer sind modern, schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Auch der Empfang ist jedes Mal sehr freundlich und herzlich. Besonders toll finde ich das hauseigene Restaurant, das wirklich sehr leckeres Essen anbietet. Insgesamt ist die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm und ich fühle mich hier immer gut aufgehoben. Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Wir waren die einzigen Gäste. Zugang zum Zimmer über dunkle Flure, nicht sehr einladend.
Das Ganze war ein wenig wie ein Geisterhaus. Im Bad gab es keine Heizung und unter dem Fenster gab es Schimmel.

Prima plek met goede verzorging.

De locatie is prima voor terugreis vanuit Oostenrijk naar Nederland. Hele aardige mensen, prima diner, volop keuze. Heerlijk ontbijt. Schone
Nette kamers en goede wifi.

Cons:

Gehorig. Maar ondanks wat lallende mannen in de avond op straat, was het vrij vroeg stil.

Redelijk verblijf gehad in dit hotel, genoten van ontbijt!
Pros:

Ontbijt was goed: ruim broodjes (wit) met beleg, fruit, een eitje yoghurt en thee of koffie.

Cons:

Kamers zijn op tweede verdieping en er is geen lift.
Kamer lag aan de straatkant waar best veel verkeer langs komt.

War nur eine Nacht da in Nebensaison. Trotz das ich offenbar allein war, hat man sich große Mühe gegeben, auch mit dem Frühstück.

Die Lage war gut. Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür. Mein Zimmer lag nach hinten raus, deshalb Recht ruhig. Die Hotelbetreiber sind super freundlich

Cons:

Das versprochene Frühstück blieb leider aus. Die Information habe ich erst bei Anreise bekommen. Sonst hätte ich eine andere Unterkunft bevorzugt.
Wegen der Gastronomie im Haus roch es manchmal nach Gewürzen im Zimmer. Was etwas irretierend.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt sehr gut. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Da die meisten Zimmer in der 2ten Etage und höher liegen, wäre es besser auch von der ersten zur zweiten Etage einen Handlauf anzubringen. Meine Mutter hatte Probleme sich an der Seite festzuhalten.
Dies ist aber der einzige Punkt welcher zu verbessern wäre.
