Pros:

Östlich des Flughafens Delhi jenseits der Fernstraße 48 gibt es unzählige Budget-Unterkünfte im niedrigen zweistelligen Euro-Bereich. Dazu gehört auch dieses Hotel. Für dieses Preissegment in Flughafennähe kann man auch in Indien nicht allzu viel erwarten, insofern gilt auch für das Tanish Palace: You get what you pay for!

Positiv: freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Zimmer an sich ausreichend groß und komfortabel mit eigenem Bad mit WC und warmem Wasser. WLAN rasend schnell.

Negativ: sehr hellhörig in einer auch nachts eher lauten Umgebung. Abgewohnt mit eher mäßiger Sauberkeit (könnte aber schlimmer sein). WC ohne Klopapier (was der erfahrene Indien-Reise aber eigentlich immer im Koffer hat ;-)). Warmes Wasser aus dem Duschkopf nur tröpfchenweise, musste daher auf die vorhandenen Kunststoff-Bottiche zurückgreifen, um das Wasser (in aber angenehmer Temperatur dank elektrischem Boiler) aus dem Hahn zu entnehmen.

Hinweis: entgegen dem Hinweis in der Expedia Reisebestätigung besitzt das Hotel sehr wohl eine zumindest um 23 Uhr noch besetzte Rezeption!
