I want refund
Pros:

we got pathetic room and receptionist wasn’t taking properly she didn’t have us the room which we wanted. I want refund.

Extremely low maintenance, substandard and unclean.
Pros:

Staff were good. Day shift one lady and night shift one boy. Both were humble. Lift was available.

Cons:

I took the rooms for 3 nights, but I managed to stay only for one night. I asked fab hotels helpline, they said they can not cancel. I was like its okay even if I lose two days amount but I don’t want to stay here at all.
Pathetic experience.
1. Entire room was stinking. Foul smell all around.
2. Mosquitos everywhere. But reception night guy was good enough to offer me goodnight coil.
3. Inside wardrobe and draws, I could find ciggrate buds, used tissues, yukk! and lot more, disgusting. I went to nearby hotel Govardhan in front of Bansal hospital for food and got newspaper from there and put that news paper in draw, TV shelf etc. and then used.
4. Walls has stains mark (see picture attached).
5. Bedding, pillow and bedsheets had stain marks. I slept on one corner of bed to avoid contact with any other part of bed.
6. Bathroom has lots of stain marks. Health faucet was broken and lying on ground. Wall tiles full of yellowish colour, they might have not cleaned bathroom since ages!
I repent booking this property. Booking.com and fab hotels should immediately take this down form their website.

Do not include breakfast as booking. Com will charge way more than what the hotel wil offer.
Pros:

Location. Friendly reception desk. Helpful and honest.

Cons:

Booking.Com charged more than 100 rs for breakfast but it was only poha worth rs 20.
