La posizione non è male perché abbastanza vicino alle principali attrazioni di Agra, ma si può trovare facilmente di meglio. NON VENITE A DORMIRE IN QUESTO HOTEL È PESSIMO COME LE PERSONE CHE LO GESTISCONO

Cons:

Personale scortese e poco chiaro sulle modalità di pagamento e su come gestiscono la struttura. L ambiente e sporco, le lenzuola e coperte sporche e bruciate, scarafaggi che camminano nella stanza, ho visto topi che mangiavano dalle padelle che erano state usate per prepararmi la colazione. Un ragazzo alto mi ha inseguito in per la strada per dirmi di pagare la struttura, come se fossi un ladro. Ho pagato uno sproposito rispetto ai prezzi indiani e le foto non corrispondono alla realtà. Inoltre per ogni piccolo favore che chiedi al personale ti viene chiesta la mancia in modo molto maleducato. Non volevano pagassi con la carta di credito, così mi hanno fatto lo sconto per pagare con i contanti. Il giorno dopo aver pagato mi hanno chiesto di saldare il conto. Siete dei folli. Ringraziate dio che andavo via di fretta altrimenti prima mi facevo giustizia da solo e poi chiamavo la polizia. Per fortuna sono un viaggiatore da tempo e non un turista, non mi faccio truffare da nessuno anche se sono lontano da casa. Amici del mondo non venite a dormire in questa struttura, potete facilmente trovare di meglio. Pessimi e scortese, non siete uomini onesti.

It is located in a very congested area of agra which is nai ki mandi. Very heavy traffic there, bad smell smoke everywhere. Kindly maintain the proper hygiene.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner.
