Pros:

All was Good, nothing to be said. I was told to have a balcony, I was given a room with a terrace.

Pros:

no hot water upon arrival we waited until midnight so the water got warm when we left the chalet the heating was turned off so we came back and the room was freezing, the value of money we paid for wood was bigger than the quantity we received.

Disappointing/ will never ever lodge there again
Pros:

Very unprofessional
They refuse to give me the chalet I booked on hotels.com because at the same rate I got or they offered me to pay a higher rate
I had a fight and was about leaving and calling hotel.com but they said they adhered
The place is unserviced and very basic and the ppl are not friendly
The area itself faraya / mayruba is very nice

Pros:

They didn’t accept credit card payment at check in, they wanted only cash plus they wanted to add taxation despite it being paid already
