the way the handle things because I said I will arrive at one time and they didnt get it or gave us options and also kicked us from the lobby because we wanted to wait, it was 12 hours until the check in and they kicked us without having where to go

Gentilezza e comodità: il posto giusto per vivere Buenos Aires!
Pros:

La struttura è molto bella, un palazzo d'epoca con un ascensore in legno meraviglioso. La stanza dove abbiamo alloggiato è molto carina: semplice, pulita e con tutto ciò di cui necessitavamo. Lo staff è veramente molto cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto a venire incontro ai clienti. La posizione è ottima!

Cons:

Il bagno della stanza è molto piccolo e la doccia veramente scomoda, talmente piccola che le tende di plastica si attaccavano al corpo a qualsiasi movimento. Se si riuscisse a rendere il bagno più agevole, il posto sarebbe veramente perfetto!

A waste of time and money

Cons:

We checked in and paid in cash for the first night. We were assisted by Lara and Romina. They assigned us a room, but it had a very intense, stuffy odor, and the window faced the interior of the building. We asked to be moved to another room, but it was exactly the same—complete with the same intense, oil-like smell. They actually asked my wife if she had a medical condition because she was detecting a foul odor. She has absolutely no medical issues, and this has never happened to us at any other hotel. At that point, they told us they had no other options available, so we asked to cancel our stay (all of this took place within the first 15 minutes of having paid). They refused to refund our money, claiming they were not authorized to do so. It was a horrible situation: lugging our suitcases around in an unpleasant environment, dealing with two employees who showed zero empathy and lacked any training or professionalism in customer service. We left and went to another hotel (SuMa) just four blocks away—a much nicer, cleaner place with excellent service, and at the same price point. The photos I have attached accurately reflect what this establishment actually offers.
