Pros:

This was a great experience for a second visit to Playa. The location was at the corner of 10 and block more to Avenia Cinco. Two bedrooms, one open to the living area, with kitchenette and lots of light - with shades for nitetime.
It is an older apartment/condo, but really clean, all the basics, lots of space, and a security person in the lobby, which I didn't expect, because we had our own key to the building.
If you want a resort go to one. (or just go to one of the beach clubs for resort services in the daytime.)
I felt as safe or safer as my neighborhood at home. And I was out till 2ama.
