My Best Experience
Pros:

The Hotel is very Clean and Hygienic. The staff in the Desk are very friendly and cooperative. I like this hotel very much. Near the hotel there are a lot of restaurants Veg and Non veg. There is a 24*7 Support Staff for every need if you're new to the City. Must visit hotel if you're coming to Malaysia and looking for Budget friendly hotels.

It was not good at all

Cons:

Most of the facilities in the room were not in proper working condition. The doors could not be opened or closed properly and had to be forced. None of the power sockets were functioning, and the floor rack was already wet upon check-in.

I requested a room change, but the reception informed me that no alternative rooms were available. Since I was scheduled to stay for another night, I asked to check out early with a refund. However, my request was denied, and I was told that no refund could be provided for the second night.

Despite this, I chose to check out as I could not tolerate the condition of the hotel any longer. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience.
