En revanche un fort décalage entre la vue de la chambre, ou devrais je dire l’absence de vue et les photos lors de la réservation. Nous nous attendions à la vue présentée sur le site (chaîne des Pyrénées). Or notre chambre était au moins 1…..derrière le bâtiment, avec vue sur la terrasse des voisins. Il aurait été préférable d’annoncer directement qu’il y avait cette éventualité lors de la réservation.

Très bon établissement, par contre une voiture ou un vélo sont nécessaires car un peu au dessus de la ville.
Belle piscine, 1 ou 2 transats en plus serait appréciable.

Staff mathieu and alice were absolutely fantastic and were excellent support and advocates. it's a stroll to the village; plenty space parking. great wifi and the rooms just right size with great doonas/quilts. and hikes and walks within walking distance

Appartement spacieux et confortable. Vue magnifique sur le village de Luz. Petit bémol sur la salle de bain : peinture et joints à rafraichir, pas de WC séparé (alors qu'il y aurait la place), un toute petite vasque sans miroir ni étagère pour poser les affaires.

Appartement agréable, propre avec un balcon et sa vue sur les montagnes.
Le petit plus , l' accès à une piscine intérieure, une salle de sport et un billard.
Le personnel est agréable et est à notre ecoute.
Nous recommandons.

Nous avons été très surpris dès notre arrivée car nous pensions bénéficier des services d’un hôtel (comme indiqué sur la fiche Google) mais il n’en est rien! pas de petits déjeuner, pas de restauration, il faut faire son ménage, faire les lits et le strict minimum ( produit vaisselle, éponge,..) à dû être réclamé sinon rien. Le prix est beaucoup trop élevé pour le service rendu! Surtout que des frais de gestion supplémentaires vous sont demandés sur place, la prestation ne vaut absolument pas le prix. Le seul point positif est l’endroit plutôt agréable et la vue. Pour le reste, passez votre chemin.

Pros:

Week-end à 8 (2 couples avec 4 enfants), l’appartement était propre, avec un grand balcon et une très jolie vue. Très bien adapté pour 2 familles avec ses 2 salles de bain.
La piscine et le sauna sont très appréciables après une journée sur les pistes.

Tuvimos un problema en la habitación asignadas sin dudar nos realojaron en un apartamento superior, con más plazas y servicios sin cargo alguno.
Muy agradecidos por la decisión y atención del encargado o propietario .

Amenities and staff were fantastic and the flat lovely and well-equipped. The view from the terrace was great! Given that it was on the more expensive side it would be nice if cleaning could be included in the price, though we understand it is not in usual to have to clean apartments prior to checkout in this area.
