Had a very great moment. Very pleasant hotel, luxurious facilities and all the staff are very helpful, polite and kind. We will definitely come back to this place.

This is my 2nd stay in this place. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The view was amazing, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and it’s very suitable for families with kids. The only thing that could be improved is the bed and pillows—they could be a bit more comfortable. Hopefully we can be back here!

I’ve been eyeing to stay at Dialoog for quite a while, and I’m so happy we finally made it happen to celebrate my husband’s birthday here.
Honestly, everything about Dialoog amazed me. The view is absolutely beautiful, the hotel is super clean and comfortable, and the mix of traditional and modern design is just perfect. The breakfast was also really good with plenty of options.
What impressed me the most was the hospitality from the staff, they were incredibly warm and thoughtful. My husband and I even got a few birthday surprises during our stay, which was such a lovely touch, especially since I only mentioned his birthday in a simple email beforehand.
It was truly a wonderful experience staying at Dialoog, and we would definitely love to come back someday!

The service—and every single person who is part of the hotel staff—is incredibly kind and professional. They were very polite with us and attentive at all times, from room service to the food and the excursion.

We are quite demanding when it comes to food and always ask for modifications. In this restaurant, they followed our instructions to the letter, which is something that doesn’t happen in many places, not even in high-end establishments.

We did the Barefoot Experience, which is absolutely recommendable. Every detail is carefully thought out—it’s a picnic they organize in the mountains, and all I can say is that it’s wonderful.

I’m going to miss being there very much, and I hope to return soon!

Spent a few days at Dialoog Banyuwangi and it really left me an incredible impression. I came back in the city with very low expectations, left with a big smile after such a stay!

The service was genuinely exceptional. Everyone, from the chef to the room service team, was not only kind but incredibly attentive and well prepared. You can really feel that level of care and understanding of hospitality, naturally warm and thoughtful.

Waking up early here is absolutely worth it. The sunrise from the pool is something special and probably the best in Banyuwangi if not in whole Java.

The design of the property is also beautiful, very elegant but still relaxed, with lush palm-filled spaces, modern architecture that blend with the tropical scenery.

I have also tried their signature barefoot experience at Kawah Wurung, a hidden gem very worth to try that I highly recommend to every guest who come to visit.

A big thanks to the whole staff for the extra care, to Mr. Aji for the nice chats and a big one to Miss Rachel for making my stay truly memorable with her calm and carefully approach.

The location is strategic not far from nearest harbour. 10 minutes to city center. The hospitality is great. And the view is majestic.

L'hôtel Dialoog est un véritable havre de paix. Le personnel est d'une bienveillance rare ; j'ai été malade durant mon séjour et ils ont tout fait pour que je ne manque de rien.

La vue est tout simplement incroyable, tant depuis la chambre que depuis le restaurant, où la cuisine est d'ailleurs excellente. L'endroit est très calme et les activités proposées sont top. Je reviendrai sans aucune hésitation !

Het verblijf hier was alsof we op bezoek waren bij familie. Het personeel was ongelooflijk hartelijk.
Problemen worden gelijk opgelost en de tours zijn geweldig. Echt een fantastisch team.

Schitterend hotel. Modern en perfect onderhouden. Kregen voor 1 van de 2 kamers die we hadden geboekt een gratis upgrade (zoals de andere kamer). Ligging aan het water en uitzicht op Bali. Geweldige zonsopgang!

The location was beautiful and the lobby had a great feeling and was very impressive.

The location is strategic, easy to reach from the city center. the view is excellent, the pool is excellent, the restaurant very eye-pleasing. we recommend the spa, which is comfortable with professional therapists. All staff are very friendly and attentive.

The suite room has an amazing beach view and a big balcony which allows lots of sunlight and vitamin sea. it's also very clean. if you pick the higher floor, the noise from the crowd below won't disturb you.

However, since the whole hotel and its surroundings are very pretty, do note that when you come during high season, there will be lots of people (and I mean a lot) taking photos and videos at the pool, restaurant, and courtyard, especially in the morning and from 4 pm to 6 pm.

The hotel also has a small patch of beach with dark sand not far from the pool.

This place located in Bayuwangi west java.

Honestly everything was good but there are some things that I am disappointed with.
1. Sign turn left di depan lobby turun mobil to small and no lamp at night jadi saat naik grab drivernya akan langsung belok kanan bukan memutari. And When I just arrived, our driver immediately turned right, and the security guard didn't help us carry our suitcases because they were annoyed with our driver who made the wrong turn.
2. And pelayan yang kurang cepat saat melayani tamu especially at breakfast time.
3. I hope you can buy more kipas angin for outdoor area near garden karena banyak lalat sehingga menggangu makan.
4. Your menu for breakfast very varied but the tastes to bland.

This was my second stay at Dialoog Hotel Banyuwangi, once again for a business meeting, and the experience continued to meet my expectations. The hotel provides a comfortable and professional environment that is well suited for business travelers.
I would especially like to commend the staff for their honesty and assistance. I accidentally left my beloved tumbler behind, and although there was a small delay, it was successfully located and returned to me. I truly appreciate the team’s effort and responsibility in handling this matter.
Overall, Dialoog Hotel Banyuwangi remains a reliable choice for business stays, with attentive service and a strong sense of care for guests.

Beatiful view from hotel, good location, but I think, the hotel should provide some amenities in room ( without request ), like comb, sanitary and laundry bag. Also, improve for dinner menu 😁.
