I had a wonderful stay at Dialoog Banyuwangi with my family. The hotel has a beautiful beachfront location and a relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast offered many delicious choices, and the facilities were well maintained. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Banyuwangi.

From the moment we arrived till the moment we left we were amazed by the property, its facilities and the kindness of the staff,
Great rooms, superb pool with view on Bali, wonderfull gardens, great food, very clean and friendlies staff. Look no further if you look for a stay in East Java,

We stayed here for a early morning visit to Ijen Vulcano and wished we would have stayed a night longed

The sea views overlooking Bali was superb, including the infinity pool. The Garden views were also very nice. The onsite restaurant was Excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Our stay at Dialoog Banyuwangi was a truly enjoyable one.
Especially we got a free upgrade to a Suite Room. We booked a Deluxe Garden King, but they upgraded our room!
The check-in process was smooth thanks to Sherly (if I'm not wrong to write her name).
The views from the room and surrounding area are breathtaking! The nature and the aesthetics buildings, room, ect.
The area is peaceful, The atmosphere, and everything was great!

And perhaps we were lucky, we visited on a weekday and during the low-season. So we were able to enjoy the hotel to the fullest!
We will definitely back to this hotel if we have the opportunity to visit Banyuwangi again, and I would 100% recommend it to my family and friends!

The only thing missing in this room is a refrigerator! It would be perfect if there was a refrigerator in this room.

My wife and I do a road trip to celebrate our birthdays. We are choosing BANYUWANGI as a destination, starting from the south road going to Pulau Merah, exploring Djawatan magical forest, and Dialoog will be our last destination to recover before we go back to Surabaya from the north road.

We will stay here for 2 nights, 21-23 Juli 2026. The view is very great, and the hospitality is excellent; you will feel at home here as a community. The pool, lighting, and shower were perfect.

The food was great too; the staff was very kind.

Special thanks to Pak Aji, who upgraded our room for one night to a suite. I did not know why Pak Aji approached us at breakfast and offered to upgrade us to a suite it just random or an instinct? Otherwise, that was very meaningful for my wife and me because it was our birthday, 22 July (my wife and I have the same birthday 😅). I will not forget that.

Someday I will comeback with all my family to stay here again.

A modern, eco-friendly hotel with one of the most breathtaking sunrise views in Banyuwangi. 🌅

From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The check-in process was incredibly fast and personalized, complete with a refreshing welcome drink. The front desk team was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond—even when a courier delivered a birthday gift for my daughter, they kindly brought it all the way to our room.

The rooms are compact yet comfortable. I highly recommend booking at least a Deluxe Sea View room so you can wake up to the spectacular sunrise or simply relax on the balcony while enjoying the stunning views of the Bali Strait.

Our stay became even more memorable when the hotel surprised my daughter with a birthday cake during breakfast, as we were celebrating her birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our family feel truly special.

Breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection of dishes, though I would love to see more authentic Banyuwangi specialties added to the menu.

One suggestion for improvement would be to offer more kids’ activities, so families can spend more time enjoying the hotel without needing to go out. It would also be great to have more bicycles available for guests.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and created beautiful family memories. We would definitely return the next time we visit Banyuwangi. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with amazing hospitality and unforgettable sunrise views.

Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und sogar kostenlos auf eine wunderschöne Suite upgegradet. Die Suite war großzügig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und hinüber nach Bali – ein echtes Highlight.
Das gesamte Hotel war außergewöhnlich sauber und sehr gepflegt. Besonders die weitläufige Außenanlage mit dem großen Pool hat uns begeistert. Hier konnten wir nach unseren anstrengenden Touren vor der Ankunft in Banyuwangi wunderbar entspannen und die herrliche Aussicht auf Bali genießen, bevor es für uns mit der Fähre weiterging.
Ein besonderes Lob gilt dem gesamten Team. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren ausnahmslos freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Während unseres Aufenthalts kam es zu einem kleinen medizinischen Notfall, und das Personal war sofort zur Stelle. Die schnelle, professionelle und fürsorgliche Unterstützung hat uns sehr beeindruckt und uns ein großes Gefühl der Sicherheit gegeben. Dafür möchten wir uns noch einmal ganz herzlich bedanken.
Auch kulinarisch hat das Hotel überzeugt. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren abwechslungsreich, sehr lecker und von hoher Qualität.
Das Hotel bietet zudem verschiedene interessante Ausflüge an. Diese konnten wir zwar nicht nutzen, da wir bewusst ein paar entspannte Tage am Pool verbringen wollten, das Angebot klang jedoch sehr attraktiv.
Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal – das Fährterminal nach Bali ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und damit perfekt für alle, die ihre Indonesienreise nach Bali fortsetzen möchten.

As a guest who booked your highest room category the Suite Room. I arrived with high expectations, given Dialoog’s reputation for having the best hospitality in Banyuwangi. Unfortunately, my actual experience was quite the contrary and rather disappointing, as the service felt very mediocre and nothing special.
There are several crucial points regarding the hospitality and facilities that I believe urgently need to be improved:
1. Pre-Arrival & Welcome Check-in Process:
For a hotel of this caliber and a premium room category, there should be a proactive approach from the hotel team prior to the guest's arrival (for instance, via WhatsApp confirmation regarding the estimated time of arrival). This is essential to ensure guests feel warmly welcomed from the very beginning.
2. Lack of In-Room Escort for Suite Guests:
Upon completing the check-in process, I was not escorted to my room. For the highest tier room category, it is standard practice to have a staff member accompany the guest to the room to explain the facilities available both inside the room and across the hotel premises.
3. Breakfast Time Coordination:
The restaurant team should proactively inquire about or confirm the guest's preferred breakfast time during check-in. This would allow for better seating arrangements and capacity management at the restaurant, ensuring guests do not feel neglected.
4. Room Cleanliness:
I found several dead insects on the bedroom floor. This was highly bothersome and certainly does not align with the cleanliness standards expected of a Suite room.
5. Quality of Amenities:
The amenities provided in the room felt very basic and standard. They lacked the premium or luxurious touch that should naturally complement the hotel's best room category.
Booking the highest room tier was a demonstration of my trust in the Dialoog brand. However, the lack of personalized hospitality made my stay feel quite underwhelming.
I sincerely hope this feedback serves as a serious evaluation for the management to improve service standards, particularly for guests staying in premium rooms.
