Airport Beach Hotel Phuket

Leider gibt es keine Fortschritte in dem Hotel.Dinge,die vor 2 Jahren kaputt waren,sind immer noch kaputt.Um den Pool herum wurde 5 Tage nicht gereinigt.Die Zimmer sind sauber und das noch wenige Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Leider gibt es auch keine Poolregeln,jeder kann Tag und Nacht mit einer Arschbombe in den Pool springen,sodass ein Sonnen auf eigener Terrasse am Pool unmöglich ist.Beim Frühstück gibt es jeden Tag das Selbe und kein Hinweis auf Omlete oder ähnliches aus der Küche...sehr lieblos alles...für uns stimmt daher das Preis/Leistung -Verhältnis überhaupt nicht mehr...schade

Very convenient. I've stayed here several times. The only thing would like is a proper shower but minor inconvenience.

Super Lage, Zimmer und Bad sauber, der Pool ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr sauber.

Great value

We liked the room a lot and the remodeling that has been done on it. It’s also close to a nice beach and the national park. Across the street is a really good cafe that has one of the best Cappuccinos I have ever had!
We stayed there 2 nights before flying out. It is close to airport, so it’s perfect for a layover stay before flight.

Large quiet room with pool access plenty of wardrobe and drawer space beds not comfortable very hard could do with a mattress topper and and extra pillows would help as they were to hard
Bathroom is big but getting in and out of the shower as it’s over the bath was difficult as I have mobility issues rooms cleaned good everything replaced daily and staff are very friendly and helpful free safe box
Good hotel for a stop over maybe one or two nights if you’ve just landed from a long haul flight or your heading home but for a longer stay I would say the hotel need to sort out the beds and the shower situation

Great location.

Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden, kommt jedoch auch darauf an, welche Anforderungen man hat. Das Personal ist super lieb und bemüht. Das Zimmer war groß und ausreichend, ebenso das Badezimmer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Poolzugang, was auch sehr praktisch war, jedoch hat man am eigenen Balkon nur eine Liege und einen Stuhl, was auch sehr eng ist auf diesem kleinen Balkon. Die Möglichkeit, seine Handtücher und Badesachen zum Trocknen aufzuhängen hält sich in Grenzen (wir haben die Handtücher dann übereinander aufgehängt)
Das Pool ist praktisch, jedoch leider nicht wirklich sauber. Die Türe zum Balkon lässt sich schwer verschließen& wenn man sie verschließt muss man aufpassen, dass die andere Türe nicht wieder aufgeht, da es zwei Schiebetüren sind. Ebenso sollte man die Türe immer geschlossen halten, da Abends sehr viele Geckos und vereinzelnd auch Frösche und Spinnen unterwegs waren. Im Badezimmer läuft leider das Wasser jedes Mal beim duschen komplett aus, sodass das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser steht. Das haben wir dann aber einfach mit den Handtüchern vom Vortag gewischt. Wenn man gerne heiß duschen geht, muss man sich drauf einstellen, dass es meistens nur kaltes oder lauwarmes Wasser gibt. Das Frühstück kann ich nicht empfehlen, da es sehr wenig an Auswahl ist. Gleich in der Nähe ist ein 7/11 da haben wir uns immer was fürs frühstücken geholt.
Das Zimmer hat einen Wasserkocher, 2 Tassen, 2 Gläser und 2 Löffel. Ebenso einen Haartrockner und Zahnbürsten, Duschgel,

Considering the price that I paid for, the hotel in general was guite good and cost-effective.

However, the service that staff provided was not impressive because they do just their things, not so caring about what the guest is in need of.

But, I still do acknowledge of their due work as a hotel service staff.

I am generally fine with the stay at this hotel.

Close to Airport and night markets. Bed, awful. It had a high part in the middle where 2 single beds had been joined. I almost rolled out of the bed.! The shower very difficult to get into as it was over the bath. Great hot water. We had pool access room, but tiles loose and dangerous. Had to be very careful. Air conditioning fabulous

The room and bathroom were kept spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly but communication was limited, which made the stay difficult when there were issues. Breakfast was poor - very limited options and it didn't look appealing when it arrived. The bathroom was an over the bath shower which was difficult to get in and out of, but due to a poor design, the bathroom was left flooded after every shower. We had to use 4 towels to soak up the water just to make it safer. There was no pool bar and no indoor pool that we could find despite it saying on the website there were 2 pools. When we asked the staff about this they were unable to help. The door staff did not open the doors when we approached, staff did not always welcome us, there's a smell that appeared to be coming from the communal toilets despite them appearing to be clean (we didn’t use them but you could see in). When we arrived home at 3am one morning, there were no staff around at all. We never found the gym and didn’t ask where it was as the communication was so poor.

The hotel is close by Nai Yang beach and HKT airport. No worries about traffic to and from airport. Nai Yang beach is quiet and local street food is excellent. Hotel staff is nice and helpful.

Breakfast was ok but enough. Room was nice. Walk out patio directly to the pool was quite nice. Bed was softer than most which was amazing. Room size was huge and service was good. Close to the airport and easy transfer both ways. Use Grab app for ride, quicker and cheaper. Walk to the beach, massages, food options etc

Nice stay close to the airport. Stayed two nights while I waited for a flight to my next destination. Very close and convenient to the airport. Nice little beach area within walking distance as well as a strip of restaurants and bars. I would stay again. Can’t beat it for the price and proximity to the airport.

The hotel needs some update.
I couldn’t get my room cold. Came home from dinner and set room was 33 degrees. When I woke up it was still 27 degrees.
The pool was fine.
The fridge wasn’t cold enough.
Only 2 big towels. No small ones.
Hotel is fine for some days but wouldn’t stay there for a vacation
