Отличное расположение — море совсем рядом, в пешей доступности много магазинов, кафе и ресторанов. Это, пожалуй, один из главных плюсов отеля. Также хочется отметить персонал: сотрудники очень добрые, отзывчивые и всегда готовы помочь.

Cons:

Отелю явно требуется реновация. Номера уже устарели, постельное белье и полотенца застиранные и выглядят не очень свежо. Уборка посредственная, в целом отель производит впечатление недостаточно чистого. Если бы сделали хорошую генеральную уборку, впечатление об отеле было бы значительно лучше.
Завтраки средние — без большого выбора, но голодными не останетесь. Бассейном не пользовались, так как вода была холодной. Сауна во время нашего пребывания не работала.
Цена была средней, соответственно и сам отель оказался на среднем уровне — без особых ожиданий, но хотелось бы больше чистоты и более свежего состояния номеров.

OK aber nicht sehr komfortabel.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut. Nahe zum Strand und in einer ruhigen Gasse. Lokale gab es viele in der Umgebung und als Ausgangspunkt um Da Nang und das Umland zu erkunden war die Lage nicht schlecht. Das Personal war im Großen und Ganzen freundlich.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Familienzimmer 301. Von der Größe her war das Zimmer gut, allerdings geht das Fenster direkt auf die Hausmauer des dahinterliegenden Hauses und neben dem Fenster befinden sich die Außengeräte der Klimaanlagen. Daher ist es recht laut. Außerdem war es in dem Zimmer muffig und feucht. Der Pool war kalt und lädt auch nicht zum Schwimmen ein, da er direkt neben der Rezeption liegt. Der Kaffee zum Frühstück ist nicht trinkbar, die restliche Auswahl in Ordnung. Wir reisten eine Nacht früher ab, da der Aufenthalt nicht komfortabel war.

Pros:

Breakfast with plenty of choices, room size is big. Room come with simple kitchen, which could cook some food. Design style is nice, balcony is nice, stairs is nice. Walking distance to the beach.

Cons:

There is a pub just beside the building, which will play heavy, loud, continuous music until midnight at least every weekend. Swimming pool is much smaller than photos.
