Da localização.

Por comparação com outro hotel em Tóquio em que pernoitei na zona de Nihonbashi, da mesma gama e no mesmo mês, a relação preço-qualidade é inferior. Os quartos pequenos e não insonorizados não proporcionam as melhores condições mas verdadeiramente surpreendente é o pequeno-almoço. Em primeiro lugar porque creio ter compreendido que está incluído em todas as reservas, uma vez que ninguém faz controlo de quem pagou ou não por esse serviço. Essa situação resulta falaciosa porque julguei estar a fazer a triagem no momento da reserva e não é isso que sucede. Em segundo lugar, não sou facilmente impressionável nem tampouco exigente mas o pequeno-almoço é deprimente. Por duas razões: só há torradas e café, feitos pelos clientes; e os pequenos-almoços são tomados ou nos quartos ou no penúltimo andar, no que a gestão do hotel designa "lounge room". Não foi a primeira vez em Tóquio e espero não ter sido a última mas não considero ser de repetir a experiência porque ao preço pago, encontra-se substancialmente melhor

Super Startpunkt in Tokyo
Pros:

Lage ist alles. Metrostationen in der Nähe und Konbinis ✌🏼
Asakusa früh morgens und spät abends in die Izakaya easy möglich.
Tolle Aussicht im 7Stock auf den Skytree. Lounge und Dachterrasse auch ein Plus. Kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer ✌🏼
Japanische Badezimmer sind ein Traum.
Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Easy Takuhaibin nach Osaka für schmalen ¥.
Gute Zimmerreinigungsoptionen und Gratis Equipment.

Cons:

Die kleinen Mülleimer reichen nie aus und mit 3 Personen und drei Koffern war das Zimmer voll. Ist aber so auf Reisen und klappt auch irgendwie.
Waschmaschinen in Japan waschen übrigens nur kalt, dafür ist Waschmittel im Preis drin und der Trocknerprozess brennt wie Feuer, trocknet aber kaum 😅

Para Tokyo suficiente
Pros:

Aunque no sea espectacular, para Tokyo es suficiente: pasa todo el día fuera y para dormir está bien. En nuestra opinión, para el barrio de Asakusa está perfectamente ubicado pero para los otros está un poco lejos, aunque en metro se puede ir a cualquier sitio sin ningún problema.

Cons:

El desayuno podría ser un poco más elaborado. Solo tiene tostadas con mermelada y mantequilla, café y algún que otro caldo de bolsa.

Pros:

Hotel dobry na krótki pobyt tak do 4-5 dni, blisko metra i atrakcji, czysto, personel pomocny, wszystko ok oprócz śniadania (codziennie chleb tostowy, dżem, kawa lub herbata).

Cons:

Śniadanie kiepskie.

ミニマリスト観光者が必要なものは全てあり
Pros:

ロケーション，スタッフの対応の良さ。清潔だった。コインランドリーがあったしコンビニの近く。フリースペースがありで部屋に篭らず広いところでご飯が食べれる。

Cons:

テレビが壊れていた。
