Pros:

A wonderful experience worth repeating. The place is close to everything in the city center. As for the staff, I am not exaggerating when I say that they are more than wonderful. They deserve all the appreciation and respect. I take my hat off to them because honestly I have not found this treatment anywhere else. I would like to thank everyone, the cleaners, the restaurant staff, and the man who stands and opens the door. I also cannot forget the reception girls, headed by Ayu Dinni and Deva. I forgot the names of the rest, but I would like to thank them all.

Pros:

Prima kamers. Ontbijtbuffet is zeer uitgebreid en erg verzorgd. Je kunt kiezen uit o.a. Indonesische, westerse of lokale gerechten.

Cons:

Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar spreekt slecht Engels. Het zwembad leek matig onderhouden. Soort fanfare muziek tape werd voortdurend opnieuw afgespeeld in de centrale entreehal. Niet erg sfeervol

Best hotel in the world.
Pros:

I and my son are really enjoy stay in this hotel, it’s the best hotel I have ever stay around the world, room clean, customer service is the best of politeness, front desk and hotel employee helped me at 4 am when I was really sick and brought me to hospital ( ER/ UGD ) and he waited me till I released from hospital, manager hotel checked on me in the morning and over meal to bring up to my room. I am looking forward to stay here in the future.
