Easy check in and check out, friendly staff, all in all really good facilities. The water park is really really good.

Eine echte Wohlfühloase
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Thermen-Pools waren perfekt und haben für eine tolle Entspannung gesorgt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

Trochu proleželá jedna z postelí, tři ramínka na šaty jsou málo, nepřehledné vyúčtování dodatečných služeb a útraty.

Velmi ochotný personál, už či recepcia,čašníci,upratovací personál velmi milý ochotný,poradili,úslužný ďakujeme.

Spokojnost, navštevujem niekoľko krát do roka a určite budeme
Pros:

Ubytovanie priamo v termalparku je super. Raňajky super. Lehatka v cene super.

Cons:

Chcelo by to zapracovať na upratovaní . Izba na prvý pohľad čistá , no na druhý pohľad chlpy v posteli v kúpeľni( cudzie chlpy, alebo vlasy v posteli nechce nájsť nikto).Pavučiny na strope bolo vidno až večer.

Nyugdíjas házaspár Magyarországról.
Pros:

A személyzet minden tagja, a recepcióstól a pincéreken át a takarítónőkig nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak, ilyennel még nem találkoztunk, pedig már voltunk pár szállodában.
Minden kérésünket azonnal megoldották, nagyon közvetlenek és kedvesek voltak. Remélem lesz még alkalmunk újra ott nyaralni.

Mi è piaciuto molto la tranquillità del posto, la colazione era volto varia e la qualità degli alimenti era ottima. Il personale è molto gentile e parla un ottimo inglese.

Cons:

Il rifacimento giornaliero della camera non è stato proprio il massimo, il letto non era stato proprio rifatto a meglio, le tazze e i bicchieri non venivano cambiati dopo il mio utilizzo giornaliero e ho dovuto richiedere che mi venisse riportato in camera il caffè per il bollitore (presente in camera) in quanto non veniva reintegrato.

Thermalpark druhý pobyt 2026
Pros:

Tradiční opakovaný pobyt byl i vzhledem k počasí vydařený. Holky v recepci byly super. S našimi požadavky bylo vše vyřízeno ke spokojenosti. Stánky s občerstvením (mimo nových) v areálu byly otevřeny. U baru česká hudba - staré hity, což jsem už dávno neslyšel. Ryby u dalšího stánku velmi dobré i přes jejich vyšší cenu. Dále možno zakoupit i ovoce. Platba přes hodinky a vyúčtování při odjezdu v recepci. Platí se i za parkovné před hotelem.

Cons:

Snídaně v pořádku s výběrem, jen doporučuji, aby vajíčka byla vždy udržovaná teplá. Jsou pak chutnější. Moc se nám nelíbilo zálohování pohárků v areálu u stánků.
