Pros:

Io e il mio compagno siamo stati davvero benissimo. La casa era pulitissima, accogliente e curata. I padroni di casa sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili, sempre pronti a darci consigli e a farci sentire come a casa.

La colazione era abbondante anche se con prodotti confezionati ma per tutti i gusti..marmellate, biscotti, brioches, caffè e latte.
Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo anche la piscina, sempre pulita e tranquilla, ideale per rilassarsi dopo le escursioni.

Un soggiorno perfetto, che consigliamo assolutamente.

La struttura curata in ogni suo dettaglio, tutto in ordine e perfetto. I due proprietari sono davvero persone di cuore e squisite, ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio sin da subito e ci hanno trattato come parte integrante della loro famiglia. Ci hanno consigliato ottimamente e guidato per scoprire questa fantastica regione ed i suoi meravigliosi borghi. Grazie davvero di cuore.

Proprietari accoglienti e gentilissimi. Molto piacevole chiacchierare con loro!
Pros:

Colazione a disposizione ricca di alternative. Io personalmente prendo solo latte e fette biscottate ed un caffè, ma c'era molto altro
Appartamento dotato di tutto quanto il necessario.
Completa il quadro una bella piscina sul retro della casa

Personale super accogliente, appartamento pulito e in ordine, fornito di tutto il necessario. Molto bello e curato il giardino con la piscina. Privacy garantita. Località molto tranquilla, lontana dal caos cittadino.

Wonderful. Such a welcoming, well equipped and pleasant place to stay.
Pros:

Valerio and Daniela met us and showed us round. The were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We had everything in the house we needed for self catering - but also enjoyed Nona Gelsa restaurant round the corner a couple of nights.

Cons:

The only thing we can think of would be a slightly more comfortable place to sit in the sitting area.

Pros:

Very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment.

Cons:

Owner spoke minimal English.
Breakfast offerings were all pre-packaged and all sweet. No cereal or fresh fruit.

Great facilities and generous hosts
Pros:

The rooms (mini apartment) were very clean and the fridge and pantry stocked with breakfast items. The owners were very kind indeed and kept feeding me with little treats they had made! The area was very beautiful, if remote. You would ideally have a car to get round to see the countryside. As I had none, my hosts were very generous in that they offered to take me to Umbertide every day and even offered to load me a bicycle! This is definitely one of the best places I have stayed! :)
