Wonderful service, beautifully decorated
Pros:

It was perfect for our stay. Hotel is clean, nice and beautiful. Staffs are super helpful. I read about the narrow front road. But our innova was able to go to front of the hotel. Rooms are nicely decorated. They have big clean bathrooms and separate shower unit. (Keep your bathroom dry).
View from rooftop restaurant is very nice. Restaurant staffs are super helpful and food is good. But not very spicy or greedy. Buffet breakfast have variety Indian food . But you can also order other dishes .
This is really a good hotel for the traveler who want a decent 4 star hotel without breaking the bank.

Pros:

good location (approx. 12 min walk to centre)
Typical Indian breakfast without much choice but tasty

Cons:

small swimming pool, no place to lie down (an old photo of the pool is shown)
Only Indian TV shows(even though we didn't have much time to watch)

Lot's of other options with better amenities/service and value for money in Udaipur, best avoided.
Pros:

The room size is good. The location was convenient but that's about it.

Cons:

but that's about it every thing else was in urgent need of improvement. For eg. The duvet cover had holes, the napkin holder in bathroom was broken so was the glass pan on the window, the sofa tapestry was threadbare, the arm chair had stains on it, the furniture was scruffy. The light switch was inconveniently located behind the TV unit, there was view of mobile tower from the window. The subscription for set top box was not done, so no TV. The restaurant was under renovation (no mention on the web site) and overall the hotel seemed under staffed.
