Pros:

The hotel and its location was really nice. Very close to the beach and you can carry your beach loungers from the hotel to the beach. My biggest issue is with the front desk. Very poor when it comes to being friendly and helpful. For a hotel reception, my recommendation is for the staff to be trained to be polite, nice and helpful.

Das Apartment was wir gebucht hatten, war unglaublich schön. Der Meerblick wie erhofft! Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Für einige bestimmt ein Problem ist, dass es keine Heizung gibt und nur über die Klimaanlage geheizt werden kann, dazu muss man im Zimmer sein, da dje Schlüsselkarte stecken muss. Wir hatten ein extra Schlafzimmer und dadurch hat die Klimaanlage die gesamte Nacht geheizt und das Apartment war einmal warm.
Das Restaurant ist sehr schön, der Service sehr gut und das Essen lecker.
Das für uns größte Manko war der Wellness Bereich. Warum auch immer, hatten wir diesen nicht inklusive, wie beschrieben. Das hieß für 90 Minuten 69zl am Vormittag selbst für ein 9 jähriges Kind. Der Bereich ist schön, aber wirklich kalt. Die Sauna war aus und damit steht der Preis absolut in keinem Verhältnis zum Angebot.

Ausblick und Ausstattung waren sehr gut. Leider sollte die Nutzung des Schwimmbades der Unterkunft 20€ pro Person für 90 min. kosten. Die Liegestühle waren defekt, ebenso die Spiegellampen im Bad. Das WLAN war sehr unbeständig. Zur Kommunikation in der Rezeption sind englische oder polnische Sprachkenntnisse erforderlich.

Freundlichkeit Personal ist verbesserungswürdig. Service ist eher schlecht. Essen teuer und durchschnittlich. Es wird nicht viel Wert auf Masken tragen gelegt. Ansonsten modernes Gebäude.

Schönes Hotel, Strand direkt vor der Türe. Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet, freundliches Personal! Leider hatten wir ( wie einige andere auch) ein Studio Zimmer mit Schlafcouch gebucht, leider aber ohne Couch bekommen, dadurch war das Zimmer kleiner als gebucht! Einen großen Kleiderschrank gab es leider auch nicht! Wir mussten leider aus dem Koffer leben!
Was uns ein Dorn im Auge war, das es versteckte Kosten gab! W.z.b. Der indoor Pool und Fitnessstudio, diese müssten wir mit 45sloty pro pers. bezahlen( obwohl dieses in der Beschreibung des Hotel und auch der Buchung nicht ersichtlich war!) wenn wir wir das Fitnessstudio alleine benutzen wollten, sollten wir 15 sloty bezahlen! Man muss sich sich bewusst sein, das es kein typisches Hotel ist, da erst nach ende des Aufenthalts die Zimmer Reinigung erfolgt!

Frühstück bescheiden
Fernseher könnte ich nicht bedienen. Das ging anderen Gästen genauso.
Den Schlüsselbund mit Traspondern und weitetem Krimskram wollte die Dame an der Rezeption nicht für mich aufbewahren. Sollte nachgeschult werden.
Keine Beanstandung beim Zimmer.
