Categories

Cleanliness
10
Rooms repeatedly described as clean, very clean and comfortable with good beds and well-maintained grounds.
Service
10
Staff and hosts praised repeatedly (Susi and others called considerate, helpful and friendly); multiple guests thanked the team for attentive service.
Location
10
Spectacular Himalayan views and peaceful village setting praised, but several guests note it is remote (about a 30-minute drive from Pokhara as booked) and taxi costs to town can be high.
Room Quality
10
Rooms described as spacious, comfortable, with sunny balconies and good beds; guests enjoyed the views from rooms.
Amenities
10
Good amenities like yoga spaces, indoor/outdoor practice areas and an organic café, but several mentions of inconsistent hot water (no geyser/automatic supply), some rooms lacking heaters, and plastic chairs/ground litter detracting from eco-experience.
Value for Money
10
Generally positive overall value for the unique location and hospitality, but a few guests felt the price/quality of food disappointed and transport costs to town add expense.
Food and Beverage
10
Food repeatedly praised (some called it the best in Nepal), excellent café and masala chai; a minority noted price/quality concerns but overall very strong F&B sentiment.
Overall Experience
10
Guests describe a unique, serene and highly enjoyable stay with kind hosts and beautiful surroundings; positives outweigh negatives though isolation, hot-water issues and occasional disrespectful visitors reduced perfection for some.

Pros:

Beautiful nature , clean and spacious room

Cons:

Not a criticism of the property itself but it’s not really in Pokhara as advertised on booking. It’s half an hour drive away and very expensive to get a taxi to town

Highly recommended. Fresh air, beautiful village, views of South Annapurna, and kind hosts.
Pros:

This is a very unique place, located up in the hills with a beautiful view, kind hosts, and lovely food. There are many indoor and outdoor spaces for yoga. There is also an organic cafe with wonderful masala chai. I had a really lovely time here and feel grateful to have found it.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about. It’s a rural village, so expect to be a little isolated. Personally, this was a wonderful part of the experience for me.

Pros:

Seeing mighty Annapurna from bed!
Pros:

The view and the location are absolutely awesome. The area is well maintained, with beautiful flowers and plants. I’d especially like to applaud the employees who helped us throughout our entire stay.

Cons:

While the stay was pleasant overall, there is some scope for improvement in the facilities. We did not receive hot water in our bathroom as mentioned, and had to bring hot water from outside for bathing. Additionally, not all rooms have heaters, which may be difficult for guests who are not accustomed to cold weather.

Pros:
