Schön gelegen und sehr ruhig zum übernachten. die Fahrt zum Hotel eher abenteuerlich im Winter. viele Kurven und enge St

Le lieu était incroyable, le personnel très professionnel et gentil, même que nous étions arrivé en dehors des heures d'ouvertures pour le check-in, ils ont tous fait pour que cela se passe au mieux.

Cons:

Il y avait un refoulement d'égout donc mauvaise odeurs dans salle-de-bains, mais rien de grave.

Loved the view of course, cows in the meadow are adorable. Clean and tidy, nice balcony

Cons:

Not much available in the room itself , eg can’t make coffee or tea you have to pay. The food in the restaurant wasn’t great, salad for instance only came with 3 radishes and a slice of paprika but was still 11 CHF def not worth the money

Pros:

Schon vor der Reise war das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend in der Kommunikation, so wurde bspw. eine Reservierung für das Abendessen am Ankunftstag empfohlen.
Leider kam durch eine missglückte Wanderung alles etwas anders und wir haben das Abendessen verpasst. So kamen wir wesentlich später an und mussten das Abendessen wieder stornieren. Die Dame am Telefon war jedoch sehr Verständnis voll und uns erwartete dann ein Zimmerupgrade - das einzige Highlight an diesem Tag. Wir wachten am nächsten Tag mit wundervollem Ausblick auf.
Das Frühstück machte denn Vortag dann ganz vergessen, alle Servicekräfte waren toll und zuvorkommend und das war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal im Hotel!

Tolle Lage und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Wanderwege starten direkt vor der Haustür. Es gibt einen schönen Spielplatz direkt an der Terrasse, sodass man als Eltern entspannt etwas essen oder trinken kann, während das Kind spielt. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.
