Ottima posizione ma sporco e poca privacy
Pros:

Ottima posizione, camera sufficientemente grande ma con diversi difetti non trascurabili.

Cons:

La camera aveva la sedia della scrivania in stoffa ed era molto molto sporca, il piumone per il letto era sporco di rosso in una parte(non so cosa fosse, )la mia prenotazione sembrava con vasca ed invece era una doccia con gancio rotto e con porte della cabina che non si chiudevano totalmente. Aveva il balcone ma non era separato e i vicini ti possono passare avanti al tuo letto, il bagno è senza finestre. C'era un bollitore con due tazze ma neanche una bustina di the o caffè solubile.. se arrivi come me di sera, dove vai a cercare una bustina di the?? Ho mandato i documenti via w.app e non ho visto nessuno in reception.. Per finire, bel palazzo stanno facendo i lavori,quindi un sali scendi di operai e rumori. La struttura è comunque bella ma rivaluterei molto la pulizia e isolerei gli spazi antistanti i propri balconi onde evitare di ritrovarti sconosciuti in camera.

Scarsa pulizia, camere inadeguate e costi extra non giustificati.

Cons:

La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Abbiamo prenotato tre stanze, ma purtroppo nessuna ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. In due camere abbiamo trovato lenzuola e piumoni sporchi, mentre nella terza era stata sistemata una poltrona letto instabile e poco adatta all’uso. Inoltre, nonostante la prenotazione fosse per una camera tripla, ci è stato richiesto un supplemento di 15 euro per il letto aggiuntivo, cosa che ci è sembrata poco corretta.

Das Personal hat uns beim selbständig durchzuführenden Check-In nicht die vollständigen Schlüssel zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass wir am Abend das „Hotel“ (es ist eine Etage in einem Wohnhaus) nicht betreten konnten. Unzählige Versuche, das Personal unter der Notfall-Nummer zu erreichen, waren erfolglos. Keiner war erreichbar! Nachdem wir durch andere Gäste reinkamen, meldeten sie sich nach 2 Stunden mit einem Code aber ohne eine einzige Entschuldigung und legten einfach auf!! ABSOLUT KATASTROPHALER SERVICE

Posizione ottimale. Metro comoda a due passi. Pulizia impeccabile. Camera silenziosa. Vasca idromassaggio top. Stanza spaziosa. Personale sempre disponibile tramite WhatsApp. Il ragazzo che si occupava delle pulizie gentilissimo e bravissimo nel suo lavoro. Ci hanno tenuto i bagagli anche dopo il checkout, fino all'orario della partenza del treno, in modo che potessimo goderci la città liberamente l'ultima giornata. Accesso sicuro. Arredamento moderno e piacevole. Spazzolini usa e getta forniti. Frigorifero e cassaforte.

Cons:

Non c'era la doccia in bagno (la vasca idromassaggio, in camera, era dotata di doccino). Non disponibile la macchinetta del caffe, sempre comoda.

Cons:

Insoddisfacente soprattutto perché io avevo preso una junior suite dove non c’erano le ciabatte e il frigobar è stato riempito solamente la prima volta con acqua
Inoltre, c’erano problemi con l’erogazione idrica
