Pros:

Posizione ottimale. Metro comoda a due passi. Pulizia impeccabile. Camera silenziosa. Vasca idromassaggio top. Stanza spaziosa. Personale sempre disponibile tramite WhatsApp. Il ragazzo che si occupava delle pulizie gentilissimo e bravissimo nel suo lavoro. Ci hanno tenuto i bagagli anche dopo il checkout, fino all'orario della partenza del treno, in modo che potessimo goderci la città liberamente l'ultima giornata. Accesso sicuro. Arredamento moderno e piacevole. Spazzolini usa e getta forniti. Frigorifero e cassaforte.

Cons:

Non c'era la doccia in bagno (la vasca idromassaggio, in camera, era dotata di doccino). Non disponibile la macchinetta del caffe, sempre comoda.

Cons:

Insoddisfacente soprattutto perché io avevo preso una junior suite dove non c’erano le ciabatte e il frigobar è stato riempito solamente la prima volta con acqua
Inoltre, c’erano problemi con l’erogazione idrica

Ottima posizione a due passi dalla fermata della metropolitana e con postazione taxi a pochi metri. Struttura molto confortevole e recentemente ristrutturata. Personale molto disponibile ed accogliente.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Hotel wieder buchen.
Pros:

Wir waren als 3 Köpfige Familie 3 Nächte im Barbarella Spa.
Das Zimmer war für Italienische Verhältnisse groß, es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, bekamen frische Handtücher und es wurde jeden Tag nass rausgewischt.
Das Personal war sehr nett und stets bemüht.

Cons:

Der Check in war außergewöhnlich da sich das „Hotel“ in einem großen Mietshaus befindet. Man musste bei Ankunft erst im Hotel anrufen das einer unten die Tür aufmacht bis man dann beim Check in die benötigten Schlüsseln und Zimmerkarte erhält.
Die dritte Person muss auf einem ausgezogen Schlafsessel schlafen was für unser Kind kein Problem war aber als Erwachsener würde ich nicht darauf schlafen wollen weil das ganze dann sehr unstabil war.

Il servizio clienti è pessimo, sono settimane che richiedo la fattura senza ricevere risposta. Questo mi sta creando problemi a lavoro dal momento che c'era la necessità di chiudere tutti i conti dei viaggi dell'anno fiscale scorso. La fattura è stata richiesta 4 volte su booking, una volta via mail e una volta via telefono.
