Pros:

Large comfortable room . Complete with kitchen . Nice sitting area outside the patio door

Cons:

The heating system was off . It never got higher than 20 degrees inside the room regardless of temp set at 30. We always felt a bit chilled .
Gym equipemnt . the bike and tread mill are not working properly

Great trip with the ladies!
Pros:

Clean, accessible friendly.

Cons:

Please have a yogurt that does Not have fibre in it.
A choice of a regular yogurt would be a great addition.

Stay for the rooms but plan on going elsewhere for breakfast if you want something half-decent!
Pros:

The room was very good and the location was good.

Cons:

The breakfast is very poor. It is extremely limited in what is offered and the quality of what is offered is the most basic "quality" you could find. It does not come close to matching the breakfasts at Holiday Inn or Best Western hotels.

Would look for a more reasonably priced hotel next visit to Oliver.
Pros:

The prompt response we got from the staff when the toilet tank malfunctioned. We were immediately given another room which happened to be better than the first assigned.

Cons:

I felt that the cost of staying at this hotel was very high. You are paying premium rates for a hotel that is marginally better than a Hotel 8. Not overly impressed with the breakfast either.
