Wir hatten eine schöne Woche zu Zweit!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Bad war geräumig. Die Saunalandschaft war schön und vielfältig. Restaurant sowie das morgendliche Frühstück waren außergewöhnlich gut.

Cons:

Das Bad hatte leider wenig Ablageflächen.

Die Lage ist sehr schön und das Gebäude toll. Die Schenke hat sehr gutes Essen und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Einchecken war sehr unfreundlich, in der Form habe ich das noch nicht erlebt und in einem Hotel dieser Klasse auch mehr als unangebracht.

Een prachtige locatie met romantische uitstraling.
Pros:

Ontbijt was helemaal af. Volop verse en lekkere gerechten. De ruimte was voldoende groot en gezellig. Ook lekker gegeten in het restaurant met goede bediening en lekkere drank.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets, misschien dat wij geen tijd hadden voor de welness.

Gutes Hotel im Sommer
Pros:

Sehr tolles Hotel mit großem barrierefreiem Zimmer

Cons:

Anfang Oktober sollte es möglich sein, die Heizung in dem Zimmer einzuschalten, selbst sie Badezimmer. Heizung funktioniert nicht ! Dies ist definitiv einfach zu kalt. Sehr schade, dass an solchen Kleinigkeiten gespart wird. Unverständlich

Beautiful Castle
Pros:

It was a beautiful room and very nice grounds. The castle is beautiful.

Cons:

I only had one bed that was made up and we were 2 people. The restaurant closes too early. The parking can get full very quickly and then you have to park in the extra lot and walk up a lot of stairs.

Ideal für ein romantisches Wochenende

Wann wird in einem tollen Ambiente empfangen,
Das Gebäude der Innenhof, das Restaurant der Wellnessbereich, selbst das Treppenhaus ist sehr sehr schön. Neue Zimmer, die Zimmer sind sauber.

Cons:

Leider hat man immer noch bei den Doppelbetten zwei Einzelmatratzen ohne einen Topper.
Des Weiteren sind die Kleiderschränke für zwei Personen, die das Wochenende dort verbringen möchten zu klein.
Die Küche hat ein interessante und sehr schöne Karte, welche sich sehr schön lesen lässt, aber von der Küche leider noch nicht so umgesetzt wird.
Von den Hauptspeisen ist zu wenig auf dem Teller, und dafür wird man von den Beilagen erschlagen.
Vorspeise, drei Garnelen und ein Riesenberg an gerösteten Brot und alles viel zu stark mit Curry gewürzt. Ebenfalls ein Riesenberg an Ruccola und nur wenig Fleisch vom Carpaccio.
Bei der Hauptspeise ebenfalls sehr viel Kartoffel Erbsen,püree und eine halbe Roulade

De omgeving. rustig en verzorgde kamer.

Cons:

De akoestiek in de eetzaal.

We hadden niet de tijd om rustig van een aperitief te genieten. er werd al onmiddellijk met het voorgerecht of hoofdgerecht geserveerd.

Jammer dat er geen lift aanwezig was, denk aan oudere personen die minder goed te been zijn?

Ein perfekter Startpunkt für Erkundungen in der Eifel.
Pros:

Eine schöne moderne saubere Unterkunft für wenige Tage, die wir hier verbracht haben. Von diesem Standort aus kann man viele Erkundungen in der Umgebung durchführen. Eine tolle Gegend mit besonderer Landschaft.

Cons:

Die Klimatisierung nur über einen (recht lauten) Ventilator war nur bedingt wirksam. Den vielen Neugestaltungen am Haus hätten auch noch eine Klimanlage gut getan.
